Customer Service! I have found the business establishments in the Soo have excellent Customer service.I made an appointment with H&H Sound to have my Sirius radio system installed. I was given a date and time for the installation. I provided my phone # and pertinent information to the H&H personnel. I cleared my calendar so that I could keep this date. When I showed up at the designated time, I was told my particular car needed a special part for the installation and it would take about a week to get this part shipped in. They said they would call me when it arrived. Here it is two months later and still no call. When I went into their store I was told they could not get the needed part, When I asked why I was not notified of this fact I was told Mistakes happen". I asked if this was an example of their customer service and I was invited to leave his establishment.. If this is an example of thee Sault' s Customer Service then I feel sorry for the Sault residents and tourists. However I have not met with this type of interaction elsewhere so I expect it was just a business that has a monoply in the sound business in the Sault and the owners or the clerks whoever they may be could care less about the customer. DS"

Brought in my Jeep to have a better stereo put in, got it back and it sounds fantastic. They also fixed a rattle that had been driving me crazy for months. Great job and great people.

This is my go to place for car starters. I just bought a van a couple of months ago ago I have an appointment for a new starter this Friday.
