I went here for the first time and the Barista Sky was so friendly and nice. The Atmosphere is wonderful and the drinks taste fantastic. I highly suggest coming here for the Taro Cheese Cloud Bubble tea and the coffee is amazing. I will be coming back!

First off, visually this place is STUNNING. If you're looking for a cute place to have coffee with your friends as well as get some photos for your socials? This is the place. It has a calm and respectful environment that you can enjoy for as long as you would like. Secondly, the staff here is thoughtful and very well informed about their products if you have allergies. Thirdly? The bubble tea, baking, and all other drinks on the menu are delicious. Definitely worth checking out!

They are having the soft opening today. Friendly people and owners. The shop is cozy and has sit in seats as well. Quite the selection for everyone. Tried the toffee crunch latte and bought some treats which look delicious. Definitely will be back to try more items off the menu.

I’m a huge bubble tea lover. This is the best bubble tea I’ve ever had!! I used to drive to the mall for the past 10 years (the one in T&T before they opened the new one and now to QTea -same owners) but now I don’t have to. Once they opened this, my son told me to give it a try. He knows how I’m very picky with most bubble tea that I have. I was super impressed. They have super friendly staff and I noticed that the owner takes pride in details/cleanliness of the atmosphere. Although, I’m not a big fan of the new cups they have now, since they are flimsier than the higher quality ones they used to have. They’re a fairly new establishment, but if you’ve never had a bubble tea, give them a try. Don’t be afraid to let them know it’s your first time. I’ve seen the owner help out a mother with her boys to choose something they would all like. They’re similar to shakes/frappes(added jelly/tapioca) Overall, an awesome place for drinks or a small treat.

Hidden gem for bubble tea and desserts in Spruce Grove! Luckily the wife works in Spruce, so we brought the kids to BTCL on the weekend. Bubble Tea was very good…on par, if not better than some of the larger chains in Edmonton. Desserts…just throw out that Noom for the day…OMG, was it tasty! Will definitely come back out, even if it’s a ways out from where we live in Edmonton!

I went down here today to order a drink and sit and read for a few minutes. The staff was kind and the quality of my drink (strawberry milk tea) was very good. I would definitely order here again. 10/10 experience.

I deleted my last review because I’ve had a few bad experiences here. Specifically today at 12:45 (Sunday June 25th) the long haired fellow was extremely rude. And it’s not the first time he’s been rude to me. He had my partners drink made really good and mine was not. We come here 3-4 times a week and spend good money. We ALWAYS get the power frappes as we come after the gym. He misheard me and thought I said “snow” and I corrected that I didn’t order that. There are some wonderful employees who have made my drinks phenomenally and treat us like regular customers and I KNOW what my drink should look and taste like. So I know my drink today lacked effort. I don’t know why he is rude to me specifically but I don’t appreciate the bad customer service. Especially for the amount of money we spend here.

Bubble Tea & Coffee Lab is a great addition to the Spruce Grove area! After a recommendation we checked them out and our visit did not disappoint. I tried the coffee black sugar boba and it was SO good. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I will be visiting anytime I find myself in Spruce Grove.
