Chaussures Yellow

The cashier was very helpful throughout the entire time I was there. The only problem is that the shoes did not even last a month. Poor shoe quality for the price it was at.

Went it today, 2 cashiers were on duty and I was completely ignored. Will NEVER go back.

After a month of wearing $80 shoes, they’re starting to fall apart already. I’m never buying shoes here again. There are better quality shoes next door at Walmart.

Great looking shoes, I do not recommend going if you have a bigger size calf for knee length or higher boots (They do not carry bigger leg hoses). Tend to be a little smaller than my usual size.

If I could give a “minus one” star, I would. Awful service. Shop assistants acted as if I was at their home asking for a massive favour. I don’t speak French and the lady didn’t bother helping me with my shopping (and I was with a child in tow!) and didn’t even think about trying to speak English. What is the management of that branch thinking??

Worst possible customer service I have ever encountered. The reps don't move a muscle to help and when you ask you have eyes rolling at you. They fail to communicate with the client and if they don't have the size you ask for they simply give you the next size up. Absolutely rediculous. This branch either needs a major overhaul or it should just close down.

I went in today...was two cashier there .i was shipping for a pair of shoes...either one came over to ask if i needed help ...so walk around for a good 20 min ...still no one came so chose a pair found the the box tried them on ..took them to cash paid for them and left....no i will never go back

I’ve shopped at this location a few times with great service.Today I went, service was despicable. I was looking at two pairs of boots. One with laces and another just a zipper.The employee walked over to myself. Asked me in French if I needed help. I said yes in ENGLISH and proceeded to tell her I was having trouble choosing between the two.She then told me in French she can’t help me because I’m English. I may not speak French but I do understand it as my husband is Quebec French.Speechless. I said okay.I then looked for my own size if boots. Walked up to the cash with my boots. At the cash I asked how much a can of boot protection was. She AGAIN told me in French she can’t help me because I’m English.At the end of the transaction I said you know… the international language is English.She started telling that I’m supposed to speak French for her service and yelled many things at me as I was walking out of the store and saying it’s people like me who only speak English that shouldn’t be in Quebec.I was very embarrassed. I will never go back to the store.That employee should be fired.

Getting customer service was average. My issue is with the quality of the boots. The boots did not even last me a year. It started to fall apart after 3-4 months. If you get their boots, I recommend not pulling on them at all. The boots cannot handle regular pulling of any kind to put your boots on. I paid over $100 and this is what I get.
