My thanks to Shawn/Sean (sorry didn't check the spelling) for his outstanding customer service! Time was taken to physically walk the length of the store to actually check inventory before a trip to the store was made. Also, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. If this is an example of the people Princess Auto is in the habit of hiring, good for them!

I honestly have to commend your fantastic customer service! I needed a heavy-duty wheelbarrow and I was referred to you by my brother who bought his Gorilla Cart from you a couple months back. First of all, your prices are super reasonable to begin with, and on top of that with the $30 discount on shipping, you significantly outprice similar carts at Canadian Tire and Home Depot. Secondly, your shipping beat what Amazon Prime can offer! I placed my order on the afternoon of April 6th (less than 2 days ago), got an email yesterday that it was on its away and it arrived around 10am this morning. Wow! Your company is clearly run exceptionally well and you have a great team working for you. Thank you for such amazing service! Can't wait to use my cart!

Always a great experience visiting this princess auto. From tools to hardware, I find everything I need for my automotive needs. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I found clean washrooms even during the peak of the covid pandemic days.

Pls update your website store time opening hours especially during holidays. It shows you are open during family day and i came here at 10 am. I spent time and fuel then i found you are actually close. Lot of customers came here as well. For you,maybe you don't care.But for us, it's important.I'm disappointed.

Amazing customer experience begins with the staff who are caring and go out of their way to help the customer. The staff in this store are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about the locations of their products. I was looking for a bunch of staff and the lady I asked for the location of a workbench, not only took me to the exact location, she helped load it onto the cart. I also approached a few other staff and all were very helpful. The store is super organized and clean. Would definitely recommend this location. This location is in the same neighborhood plaza as Farm Boy and right behind Starbucks. Google maps may take you to an incorrect address.

My family and I came here to purchase a floor jack, jack stands, and a tire chock to install our winter tires on a 2020 Ram 1500 Classic and 2022 Hyundai Tucson. The cashier at check out asked for the phone number on file, it was my first time at the store and she explained it would be to store the receipt because items purchased include a 2 year warranty. I reviewed the website beforehand and the floor jack and jack stands were in stock, jack stands were on sale. At checkout I realized the floor jack was $50 off. Great experience and we will be back for sure. Thank you Princess Auto!

This is the best store I’ve ever bought a tool from, the staff are great and are very patient. I bought a cargo carrier there 3-4 years ago and it’s worth it’s weight in gold! I can’t say enough good things about this place and I wish the staff had a tip jar! Any tool I look for this is the first place I go. If I could give this place 20 stars I would. For those who had a bad experience this place is definitely worth a second chance!
