I went in there about a week ago and a worker started to yell at me through a glass door in French. I can’t understand French so I continued into the store with my partner to ask what she was saying. The owner proceeded to rudely tell me that the store was closing in three minutes. I said alright I’m just here to get socks. It took no more than 3 minutes to receive the socks and go pay. Before leaving I decided that I would try to explain to the owner that I didn’t really like how I was treated and that I thought it was rude that the worker yelled at me through the door instead of just opening it and calmly telling me. She replied rudely that she’d tell the other girl. She didn’t apologize or try to explain. I decided to ask my boyfriend if I was rude to her and he said no. On top of that I know for a fact that we were at the store at 5:30 when the store hours online AND the ones posted on the door said that they close at 9pm. I know that they wanted to go home, I work as well and I understand the feeling. But I’d never treat paying customers like that. Also, not every women is a nurse. My mother is a recreational worker and works in an arena all day. It would be nice if they had cargo work pants for women and not just men. Come on, it’s 2019 not 1950. Women work in heavy duty jobs and the nurse scrub pants definitely won’t keep my mother warm while she’s on the ice all day. You have chic clothing and scrubs for women. For a store for workplace you don’t have a big selection for women who work in a workplace. Basically, poor service and poor selection. :(

Exceptional service,as always.Except there was a mistake on my bill,i gave a 5$ donation and it was added to my purchase and the taxes were added on the total bill. Honest mistake i guess.

Shout out the the staff at Mark's!. Went today with my wife and the staff was Awesome!! Pleasant, professional, and helpful, eventhough they were very busy.

I went looking for slip resistant shoes a week back. I wish there were more options, only 1 male and 1 female shoe options for those. The store is clean, the floor worker generally knew where things were.Wish there were more slip resistant shoe option but overall a good experience.

This visit was not as enjoyable as previous ones. Too much inventory on the floor, making it very difficult to move around the racks while keeping 2 metres apart.The check out line wasn't clearly defined, people were lined up in one area and were asked to move to another area; again making it difficult to maintain social distancing.

Great customer service! I accompanied my friend who suffers from Alzheimers, he needed a pair of boots. They were so understanding and extremely patient with him. I ended up buying some boots for myself as well.

Friendly fast staff despite the Christmas rush was much appreciated, AND bought myself an awesome pair of winter boots, that are great quality for a good price!
