I purchased a ring in 2022 from this store, I was introduced about the Flexiti plan, and said- ‘no payments and no interest for 12 months’.I was not explained any terms and conditions about the plan, turns out I am charged $1700 interest rate , for buying a $4100 solitaire ring + band, the store keeps blaming me despite of accepting g their own mistake Very misleading information.. I made a mistake trusting the staff .. They misrepresented the information about the payment. This mistake should come under consumer department . In future I am never trusting the Retail sales department.. and I AM NEVER GOING TO PEOPLE’s store again !!

If it's not for Anita's help, I would give no star at all. I purchased my wedding ring on Nov 25th and sent it for re-sizing the same day. They called us on Dec 7th, claiming ready for pick up. I went to the store on Dec 10th, no sign of the ring. After that, it's a 4 weeks nightmare of trying to find the where-about of the ring. I called the store multiple times and not once did the manager bother to call back with answer. It is not until Dec 29th that I called to complaint that Anita found out the ring has long been delivered with no one bother to update their record nor contact me. Piece of advise: Do NOT do any pick-up, repair on this store! and Don't even bother to try to find the manager.

I noticed the earrings I had purchased were two different colours after I had worn them twice (about 3 months from time of purchase). One was fuller than the other. I took it back and the customer service personnel and the manager were really extremely helpful in navigating this situation with me and getting me on their warranty service and exchanging my earrings. Very content with the customer service they provided.

We had just stopped in on a whim after having our sizing done in Kamloops two days prior. The manager (Shakira) came over politely to help us and made us feel right at home, and treated us as if we were one of her family. We asked questions like what do people look for in a diamond, what does the quality letters mean and what do the color letters mean. The way she represented herself, and the store was very welcoming and relaxing. It put us at ease and we didn't feel rushed even though we entered at 8pm and they were closing at 9pm. We had tried on several different rings, some of them even 2 or 3 times to compare the different gold colors or shapes of diamonds. With being so relaxed and not feeling pressured for time or for the sale, we felt confident in making a decision for our engagement rings. We will most certainly be driving the 6 hours to return to this store for inspections and warranties as often as we can.

I can genuinely say this has been the worst consumer experience I have ever had.Brought my wedding ring in to get sized, and I was given a pickup date and cost (275$). I was told I could pay at pick-up.My pickup date comes and goes, and when I called to get an update on the status of my ring, the store associate said Were not sure where your ring is at. The jewlwer we sent it to is also not aware of its whereabouts. Ill try and find it and call you back."48 hours later I still didn't receive a call back. I called the store again to get an update

I went here with my one-year old daughter and fiance looking for a wedding band. Shakina was very helpful and gave us a lot of points to consider when buying the bands. She was very nice to us despite of my daughter keeps circling down the store, the service we have gotten was very great and will consider buying most of our jewelries in this store specifically!

I went to Peoples today in hopes to find what I would like for an engagement ring, the customer service was very poor. 2 ladies just sat around and the lady that helped me just didn’t seem interested at all. I asked if she could measure my finger and that I think I am around a size 10 and she said ya no your not size 10 but then when she measured me I was a 10.5… She told me the rings in store are size 7 and if I wanted a ring from the store I would have to customize it because I am a size 10.5. Which I have never been told before by other jewelers.. she made it seem like they can’t make any rings bigger than a size 9. If the customer service was good I would have loved to look at customized options but the way she was talking about it just seemed strange. She didn’t seem interested in having me try on any rings, I asked to look at 2 on my finger and she didn’t have much to say when I tried them… she never asked what shapes I like or showed me anything else. The experience here is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t bother going here.

We walked into People’s at this location and Raman greeted us right away! She made us feel welcomed and answered all our questions. Thank you Raman for your help.

Surjit and Narda are absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and took their time to answer all my questions and also to educate me on the different styles of diamonds. I highly recommend if your are looking at purchasing any type of jewelry please do see them first.
