Had tires on my van from the Ford dealer that worked but the TPMS light would not go off as they did not have a high enough load rating. Called this Kal location to ask about new tires and was recommended Nokian WRC3.Thought about it for a while then called back to get them. Talked to a lady at what seemed to be a call center to set-up the appointment. It was very easy and fast to get things set-up for a couple days later. Went to get the tires put on and they took my van in exactly when they said they would.Went for a walk and 30 minutes later got a text that my van was ready. As I walked back saw my van being backed out of the service bay.Staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Prices were in line with other places that I called. Have to say that the service could not have been better! Location is REALLY clean as well.

Turned an emergency into a pleasant experience! Such kind, helpful customer service. They got our car in immediately and had it ready to be on the road within an hour! Then they informed this tire fix was FREE! Because, as we always do… we buy our tires at Kal Tire! Thanks you guys!!!

Spending 4grand now that they cracked my rim . Made a appointment 2wice now because they said they don't have us booked waited 1month for tires n rims the didn't contact us to say they had our rims ... now to book another day n time .... nope send the tires n rims back were going elsewhere worst customer service

Don't go here for a tire repair. I had a nail in my tire, made an appointment, it took 1.5 hrs for the repair and they charged over $50. My fault for not checking on the cost beforehand, however, most places in Lethbridge charge around $30-$35. When I asked why it was so expensive, he told me it was because other places probably are just plugging the tire on the outside- which is definitely not the case!

Amazing service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Simon was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend. Good ole fashioned quality service, like the good ole days. We purchased 4 tires for our car. Installation was done quickly and price was as quoted, no up selling.
