Very grateful for the thorough and honest inspection performed by Yama for a house we were interested in. It helped us understand all the small and big repairs needed on an immediate and long term basis. His report and walkthrough explanation listed things that we hadn't even noticed in our viewing. Even though we had the pricing reduced on the listing, understanding all the additional costs we would have incurred, through Yama's inspection, helped us make a more informed decision based on our finances, needs and plans. Highly highly recommend. His construction contracting experience is a special bonus as it helps you know exactly what you'd be getting into.
