I had another wonderful experience at Stitch It at the Oshawa Centre this week and wanted to leave a strong endorsement for Sever.I took my husband's good fine wool sweater in that had a small hole at the front where he snagged it with a poppy he was wearing in November. You could see the hole was just going to get bigger and it wasn't wearable.Sever fixed it by hand for me while I waited and wouldn't let me pay her for the repair! This was so generous of her.Although it wasn't technically invisible mending"

I took 4 of my pants to ‘Stitch it clothing’ at the Oshawa Center location for alteration earlier this week. SEVER attended to me. She was patient and painstakingly measured and fitted each pant while I had it on. I’d returned today for pickup after alteration - wow! SEVER did a good job with the actual alteration work. I’m impressed. I’ll visit again some other time. Thanks guys!

They did an amazing repair on a coat that I had just purchased 2 weeks before. I had ripped the fabric on a nail. You would never know that I had damaged the coat. Terrific job.

I got a dress altered for my sister's wedding. When I got it back it was still a little bit long so they gladly took it back and put a rush on it for me with no charge. It turned out great! Helpful ladies there

StitchIt at the Oshawa Mall deserves your business! I have recently lost 200lbs and donated every piece of clothing I owned except for a pair of wool tartan parts. Not only are they my clan tartan, they are my favourite pair of pants. The ladies at StitchIt asked if I was sure and I said yes! So we tried on the pants and measurements were taken.Let me tell you, they had to basically engineer a brand new pair of pants as I was less than 1/2 the size of them. When I went to pick them up I was beyond words. They are perfect!The ladies are kind, empathetic and absolute masters at their craft, down righ miracle workers.THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for saving my favourite pair of pants and making me feel amazing!!

I needed to get 2 formal gowns altered hemmed and shoulder straps shortened. We went to the Oshawa mall location. The seamstress there who pinned the dresses was very knowledgeable and doom the time to make sure my girls were comfortable with the alterations. When we picked up the dresses they looked fabulous! You couldn’t even tell any alterations had been done. My only complaint is that they are expensive. The alterations we needed ended up costing more than I paid for the dresses themselves. But the craftsmanship and workmanship was perfection. So I guess money well spent. And my girls are ecstatic with the results.

This place is excellent. They are kind, friendly and most important fantastic at what they do. I had a few dress shirts and 2 suits recently tailored - they fit perfect and look amazing now!I’m definitely going to bring my older style suits for tailoring so they can fit and look like new!

My experience with “Stitch It” was so good. I had a wedding to attend out of town in 4 days, and I needed my gown altered ASAP.Sever was so friendly and professional during the fitting, she made me feel so welcome.When I came to the store to pick up my dress it was ready.Fariba did excellent work with the alterations on my gown and it fit perfectly.I am so thankful that I found “Stitch It”, I definitely feel ready to attend my event.Thanks again Ladies. :)

The hem on my pants was coming loose and I brought it to Stitch It for mending. They fixed it on the spot and it was taken care of in 5 minutes. I greatly appreciate their commitment to customer service and will use their services again! Thank you so much!
