Gavin and his team did yet another fantastic job on my house which required 2 separate foundations cracks to be waterproofed as well as underpinned.I reached out to Gavin late Friday and had Dean at my house late afternoon Monday with a quote and was able to have the job start Tuesday morning. As usual, Gavin is very professional, courteous and will take the time to answer any questions I had. His team is made up of amazing workers who do a fantastic job and when complete, leave a clean job site everytime.In the future, if additional foundation work is needed, GJ MacRae is the only company I'll contact.Amazing work all around!

Unknowingly I bought a house with a leaking foundation. I Reached out to Gavin for repair. He took control of the situation and came up with a plan. They added a sump system under the floor and water proofed the whole foundation all around. Four or five years ago, the folks at MacRae came to the rescue after a torrential downpour flooded my basement. They promptly dug out three basement window wells down to the foundation, installed new drains, and filled things up with fresh gravel. Then they carefully put everything in the garden back in place. And if you doubt that they stand behind their guarantee, fear not. Two weeks ago, another sudden downpour and a clogged drain led to another basement spill over. Again, all it took was a phone call and MacRae sprang back into action. Repairing and restoring, all done in a jiffy and at no charge.
