The worst service I have ever experienced. I am in utter shock that this place is still in business. The first time i went in, and got a pair of pants shortened, one leg was shorter than the other. When I asked them to correct it they would not. Later, my wife went to get a dress shortened and the same thing happened. It was totally uneven. They just try to get you with the cheap price they have for pants shortening. I can not even imagine what they do to clothes you bring in to be dry cleaned.

I worked for Elite Cleaners all of 3 days, total of 9 hours. When I asked about position, Banahn(owner) told me he needed someone for the front, which was a lie. I did all the above. I asked him how much was he paying me an hour, he said $12. After I started working there. I then asked when was pay day, he says, well I give you $8 hr. I said NO, that's not what you told me in the beginning. I give you $10 hr because you are a little slow. Mind you I only had worked there for 3 days. 3 hours a day. He's very CHEAP and charges the customers whatever price that comes to mind. I told him no wonder you keep the HELP WANTED" sign on the door

The seamstress did a great job hemming my formal evening gown (a stretchy material lining with a chiffon-like/chiffon outer fabric). The original hem had a train and was about one foot too long. The final hem is straight and at the correct, perfect actually, length. I was charged $5 rush fee, which I was happy to pay as I left the job for last minute. The hemming was completed on time as promised. (I brought the dress into the shop on Monday and picked it up Thursday.) I am very happy with the seamstress' work.

I have never faced such an aggressive and dishonest costumer care. After dropping off a gown for dry clean I picked it up and it was in communicate that the stains were not removed when I came back with the garment they refuse to take care of it and the customer service was as rude as I get. There are plenary of great places around, do yourself a favor and avoid the horrific treatment and low quality service
