TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Minus 0.00. Horrible customer service and 0 accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Today i went because i had a card issue, and needed to find out why it wasn't working through machines. I asked the Teller, an asian to write on the paper because i am hearing impaired and did not understand what he said. He just kept on talking and talking. It takes less than 10 seconds to write on the paper. If i was fully deaf how would i manage? Next time i will wait for the branch manager and not leave till they accommodate me. THAT IS THE LAW! Which is under the Ontario Disability Act. I only left because i was in a hurry doing other things. It will be a wrap next time. DO BETTER. Respect others as you would like to be respected.

This TD branch is very busy due to its convenient location inside STC mall. However, the staff are very patient, friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Puja for being amazing.

Most of the tellers and advisors are newbie inexperienced employees. Not a good branch if you r having an important banking matter.

I switched to TD banks based on a recommendation from a friend and I was happy with the service until I met the manager Alcon David. This manager is far away from his position as a customer experience manager. I walked into the bank with a TD certified cheque and the teller said the cheque needs to be on hold I asked for his manager since it’s a TD verified cheque. The customer experience manager comes up and said all of the cheque’s are treated the same way, so I asked for his card, he walks to his computer print me a refusal letter attached his card to it and tells me to complain to whoever I want. The funny part was that I had a cheque from the same client to deposit into a colleague account and they released it without any problem and funds were made available right away. Not sure if the issue was personal stay away from this branch because they honestly don’t care.

I have been dealing with this branch since 1999. The service was great before and steadily declining. Every time we come to do the safety deposit box it's a different rule. Today we were told to line up for the teller service. Ridiculous. The tone of voice used is very unpleasant. This person is new so he cannot tell that it has always been like this. Very bad experience.

After experiencing terrible service at my TD home branch, I use this TD bank location for ALL my TD PM purchases. I get them sent to this location for pick up. It’s no different from accessing a bank vault locker unit. I get a call from the teller once they receive my PM orders and they give me pre approval to skip the line when I arrive to pick up my orders. Smooth sailing and very accommodating to my requests. They have been nice and pleasant to deal with. Read the book rich dad poor dad and follow Robert Kiyosaki’s advice! Be well.

Have to wait to get your cards sent to a new address , doesn’t take health card, didn’t inform me ahead of time I went in with my healtcard got told no and they sent my card back, now I have to wait to use my credit card

Very dirty. There was garbage on the floor (straw, napkin, paper). The floor looked very muddy and dirty. No one was at the central desk. Hand sanitizers on the wall were ALL empty.
