I placed an order a couple of days ago (on the holiday weekend) and I immediately realized that I bought the wrong thing. I emailed and got a fast response from Lauren. She gave me options and helped me from start to finish. It was so easy and the c.s. was super! Would definitely recommend!!

I love liviabeauty they have made it so easy for me to get my fave hair products delievered right to my door step with ease. The delievery was so quick and it is all within the GTA which i love! Everything is great quality and the customer service is amazing too, i am a returning customer forsure.

I have really good experience with them so far.They responded my inquiries in a timely manner with great customer service! I just made my first order and I am waiting for the product to be received. Very satisfied with the discount I got for the genuine hair product!

Fantastic experience with very courteous and professional staff. Had a small problem (not their fault) with my order and they resolved it immediately with a couple of options.First time ordering from them, and it was fast, concise, and a new go to for hair product!

The first time I’m using Livia Beauty and I am beyond happy! Lauren assisted me so much via their Instagram (Social Media channel) and I am so excited to receive my GHD I bought on sale for my 30th birthday! I would recommend them to anyone!! Great customer service! Yay Yay Yay!

These guys are amazing. They replied to my inquiry very quickly via instagram and it was super easy to purchase from the website. They even accommodated a special delivery for me as I needed my order urgently. So impressed. They’ve earned a return customer.

Placed an order on January 9 2022, called the phone number as I was having issues with my email provider not finding the domain for the Livia beauty email. Talked directly with Patrick who found my order information right away and assured me it will be sent out shortly. Excellent customer service! I will use my Gmail address for communication from now on. Looking forward to my order arriving!Update: order arrived, with the three free gifts, can't wait to try them!

Awesome service! I ordered an ag shampoo which they ran out after I placed the order and they reached out to me right away, my order was fulfilled real quick, pretty impressed. They even included an ag oil sample for me to try out which I like a lot. Will denitely shop again!
