TIBETAN CRAFT: Meditation Shop

The Tibetan Craft Meditation Shop is a little gem hidden in the heart of the Beaches.I went in looking for a Himalayan handmade singing bowl for a gift. I felt a bit awkward, having never used one before. Anil, the shop/business owner, was very helpful. He took the time to show me how to hold the bowl and how to handle the mallet to draw the sound from the bowl. He explained how each bowl is tuned to a specific note which, in turn, is associated with a specific chakra. Very authentic and friendly. I recommend.Thank you Anil.

When I search a singing bowl, this amazing place come up. I am so happy to find a sound that makes you calm and purified! Different bowls have different sounds and tones !With the help of Anil , I am able to choose from quite many singing bowls to find the right one !Anil’s store has many variety sizes singing bowls. Sure a good find ! Highly recommended!

I came in to this shop for a singing bowl and a buddha statue. I ended up spending over an hour in the store chatting with the store owner and learning about and experiencing many of the wonderful and authentic products on display. Anil, the shop owner, is patient and knowledgeable and very friendly.The singing bowl and statue I bought are amazing and I'm very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in spirituality or Tibetan wares.

I have been travelling to stores throughout Toronto to build a collection of Tibetan singing bowls and was so happy to find this store!Their bowls are top quality, beautifully tuned bowls and there are so many to choose from. They indicate the fundamental note of each bowl on the label. Very reasonable prices and excellent quality. I have 3 so far from this store and will definitely be going back again.

100% authentic. A wide variety of items. Surprisingly they have the hats that I love. Lots of high quality handmade singing bowls to choose from. At least I feel comfortable knowing things are authentic there. The owner is knowledgeable, passionate and patient enough to introduce and explain different items so beginners can go there. Their scarves, etc are definitely good for the winter time.In the end, I bought lots of hats there, a singing bowl pillow, a singing bowl, a meditation sitting cushion, and lily (smell) incense.I even asked the owner for items that are listed sold out on the website. He was able to order them for me. I would recommend that you check the website before going into the store as preparation because there are really a lot of good items.

I had such a positive experience here. I wanted to purchase a singing bowl but had never used one myself. The proprietor, Anil is very kind and spent a lot of time teaching me about the bowls/how to use them/ and letting me try many until I found one that suited me best. He also welcomed my dog to come in with me <3. I will absolutely return here.

I am a beginner for singing bowl meditation. I did a lot of research to learn different type of singing bowl. I want to buy a handmade medium size singing bowl as my first one. I visited this store, the owner is very patient and show me different singing bowl and gave me a lesson on how to play it the right way. He told me I have to feel the connection with the right one. Then I bought my first singing bowl there, it has beautiful sound and I love it so far. I would highly recommend this place if you want to buy a good quality singing bowl.
