I recently visited this scratch and dent store and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and seemed more interested in making a sale than helping me find what I needed. They kept insisting that I would save money if I spent more, but the math just didn't add up. When I tried to ask questions, they talked down to me in a condescending manner, making me feel like I was wasting their time. Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for scratch and dent appliances. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional and made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. What I would recommend doing is checking out Lowes down the street if you are in the London area or if you don’t mind a drive checking out the Stoney creek location.

Purchased a dishwasher, Vince was great to go over the different models they had, and answered all my questions. Once I was ready to purchase, everything went quickly, and I was able to have it delivered and installed the same day. Great customer service.

Asked questions online and customer service was extremely responsive. All employees were extremely helpful and the owner did what he could to make sure he was the best price in town. I’ll definitely be back next time I need an appliance!

Our dryer had broke down in the middle of a cycle. We have a baby and a toddler so it was crucial that we had a dryer replaced that day. I came across this store online and my husband are so glad that we did. We were met with kindness and professionalism. They had multiple dryers available for pickup immediately. We were extremely satisfied with the products and the prices. The guys gave us a very competitive price on a brand new dryer still in its packaging.Thank you for being so efficient for our family needs. I would highly recommend this store for all of your appliance needs.

Vince is great and his prices are unbeatable. We priced out similar packages from big box stores and saved 4k going with Vince.Also, all of our appliances were new in box (you can also get scratch/dented if you want). Not sure how he does it but do yourself a favour and at least check out his showroom.

Thank you to Vince for excellent service I needed a dishwasher and was unable for health reasons to go into the store. He was patient and able to not only provide a great price but also to arrange same day installation by Stanley and his assistant and he too was professional and went above and beyond and did a great job. Thank you to all for your great customer service. Highly recommend and very much appreciate.

The website is brutal. I have very limited time and could not navigate the site at all. I have purchased here in the past and the store itself is great. But today I need to make a decision quickly. Teppermans gets this one, but I would definitely come back here
