The staff at the pharmacy are excellent. they are very thorough when filling in scrips. they save my Mother in Laws life due to their keenness.

Très déçu du service Conseil du Pharmacien. Je viens pour un conseil car mon bébé a fait une réaction allergique cutané à de la crème solaire et on me fait attendre 45 minutes alors que les pharmaciens passent plus de 10 clients devant moi pour remettre une prescription. Il y avait seulement 2 personne avant moi au départ. J'ai du quitter car trop long vue l'état de ma fille.

They will lie to you and try to sell you organic, claiming it’s in the prescription. They are not even capable of processing a simple insurance claim, and end up giving you nonsense excuses. Also they charge you extra if you have insurance, knowing it will be paid by you insurance.I will change my pharmacy soon.

Une étoile ses déjà trop. Les employés qui travail au laboratoire ce prennent supérieur. Les pharmaciennes ce prennent pour des êtres supérieurs. Je me sens généreuse avec mon étoile.

Aucun service 20 minute pour remettre ma prescription et à mon retour 1h30 plus tard j ai encore attendu plus de 15 minute le pharmacien tournait en rond pendant que la seule personne qui était là débordait Et le pharmacien évitait de regarder les clients pour être sur de pas les servirC est fini pour moi je change de pharmacie surtout qu il y en as partout dès Jean Coutu

Horrible staff, one time I came here and had a feminine prescription and the lady behind the counter came three times to show me it was not covered by my drug plan. But as she was showing me she was showing everyone else who was waiting for a prescription as well. The next time they sent me to talk to a pharmacist and the pharmacist went to the person that can to the other counter 5 min after I did even after she was looking at me while she was on the phone. And the last one today. They wouldn't even try my sons insurance card because they were so set that the military only has one coverage card. So I called my sons old pharmacy and they tried to explain that kids have different than adults and they wouldn't even try to input it in the system. So my son has bronchitis and he has no meds
