I'm a first time CPAP buyer, user, everything. Bill is the first person I have spoken with about the CPAP, and the first person to explain things to me. I have to say; he is a CPAP scholar. He knows exactly how much to teach, he is an excellent communicator, straight up excellent professional in every way. I got real lucky with Bill B. Ontario Sleep Care definitely hired the right professional.

I had “Zero” knowledge on CPAP machine before. It was Sleep Clinician Mr. Bill Bistak of Ontario Sleep Care in Thornhill who has guided me step by step to get familiar with the machine in trial period and have achieved a significant sleep therapy progress with an average sleep apnea AHI count of 5 from 58. Thanks for his guidance and availability for all questions throughout the entire process.

On June 23rd I purchased CPAP machine by the recommendation of both my family doctor and specialist. On June 27th I called OSC to let them know that I don't need their clinical support program for 5years" especially when I had specialist.....I didn't want $300 charged but they insisted I have to have that program. Even if I initially agree to charges when I picked up the machine I don't think I should be charged with something I don't want and haven't used yet......I have reported this whole ordeal to Ministry of public and bussiness service delivery and want other people to know what they are getting into"
