Great experience from Mandeep. He helped me look at all options that fit my needs and my budget. Worked out all the details and was patient with all the questions and the entire process. Mandeep gave excellent customer serivce and was responsive the entire time and gave great features and a car that is worth the payment! Awesome group of people. Bought 2023 Outlander from this location. Multiple issues arose after 4 months. Booked an appointment for repair.They refused to provide pick n drop or rental which is a common practice otherwise.I have to take off from work and sit there and wait all day long for my car to be fixed. End of the day they told me to bring the car some other day as the issue is taking longer than expected.Definitely not going to buy Mitsobichi and never going to deal with this branch anymore.#Unprofessional #careless ;and #unconcerned.
