Great shop. One of the problems we recently had with our vehicle was a blown a/c line on our van. Kyle gave us options for repair. Gave us his honest opinion that for the age of the van and the cost of repair it probably wasn't worth fixing. They didn't try to sell us in a $1000 plus repair for a 8 year old vehicle. Definitely recommend them for any repairs.

They completed a job that was not easy to diagnose, much more difficult to repair than expected and was not a good situation for either of us to be in. They had a frustrating week, but still thought about the customer's perspective; doing everything they could to shelter me from the extra costs, sacrificing their own time and profits in the process. Fixing old cars can always turn into a disaster, but if a shop is honest and stands by their work, I don't know what else you could ask for. I feel like a positive review is the least I could do.

Kyle and staff are very welcoming, professional and honest. I really appreciated the inspection and second opinion that he gave me on my power steering system. My parents took their vehicles to Three Brydges Automotive for years and always spoke well of Jerry and Corey (former owners) and I feel the same way about Kyle. I will definitely consider TBA in the future! Thanks again, Kyle. :-)

These guys are the best. I've had a few problems with my truck but they have fixed everything from my transmission to my air conditioning. My wife bought new tires from here this winter, and gets her oil changed regularly. These guys are honest and fair. All of our repairs have been as quick as possible. Kyle and the guys are great! I'd definately recommend bringing your vehicle here if you need an honest reasonably priced fix.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would.November 2022 my vehicle went to TB for transmission repair with an est. completion time of less than 1 month. February 2023, I finally got my vehicle back; not fixed properly. The mechanic informed us that “this is a different type of transmission, and a good 250km drive should work out the kinks.”It didn’t. In fact, April 11 2023 it was sent back to TB, as it is under warranty to be repaired. We were informed we would receive the results of the diagnostic the next day. Today is may 9, 2023 and despite MULTIPLE CALLS AND MESSAGES TO THE MECHANIC ON A WEEKLY BASIS, we have yet to receive the results of the diagnostic, let alone approved any repairs which therefore means a month in, nothing has been done as they can’t do repairs without approval of owner. The mechanic in question not only ignores calls and messages, but doesn’t return them either. Since November 2022, my vehicle has spent FOUR MONTHS at this shop, with only a week of that time being time they actually spent working on it.If you want work done properly, in a timely fashion, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Their customer service is terrible, and their concern and respect for their customers time is even less existent.Awful, awful experience. And lots of missed events for not just myself but my children as this is our FAMILY vehicle in question. $6000 and four months later; still no vehicle and still no communication. I can’t express loudly enough to avoid this business at all costs.
