This review is not for the doctor but for the receptionist who treated me poorly. I am a delivery driver who had to deliver a package on the 3rd floor and once back down to ground floor i had to use the washroom but they are locked so i asked this office for the key and the obese receptionist woman asked me if i was a patient and i said no im a delivery driver and then she smirked and rolled her eyes and said go to get the key from whoever i visited. This is nonsense. Its a washroom. I felt upset and had to go all the way up to 3rd floor again where they told me i couldve used 1st floor washroom and i told them what the receptionist said and they told me there are some mean people that work here. I agree.. what a horrible experience.

A patient doctor who listens carefully and takes his time answering. I have seen Dr. Roussev a few times and each time it has been a pleasant experience and often puts my mind at ease. His secretary is also very nice and professional. I am happy I found them.

I had a neurology appointment for my knee problems. I got referred to this place by my athletic therapist.Dr Roussev himself was a serious doctor. He did not waste time being overly polite and talkative. Asked straight to the point questions. I don't have a problem with that.The reason I take a star off is because of time management. When I got a call from the clinic- they said don't be late. So I get to the clinic at 10:55 am. I quickly fill out my form and sit down. I was sitting, waiting for the doctor for 30+ minutes. The clock said 11:36 am when the doctor finally started treating me. There was a man who had an appointment at 11:30 am. I bet he got in very late as well.Good time management is a sign of professionalism. This clinic clearly lacks it. If you are in the rush, or have a tight schedule, then I won't recommend this clinic.

Dr Roussev doesn't beat around the bush. When i first met him i was a bit nervous as I had been in a MVA and i didn't feel like any doctors at that point were hearing me when i spoke. Dr. Roussev has been great and has been exploring different ways to help me with my pains and challenges and I really appreciate that. His office is clean and tidy. He's pleasant and so is his receptionist. She isn't there to be your friend she's there to do her job. But that doesn't mean she's being rude as some of these comments have said. Everyone's been going through it rough throughout the pandemic. Doctors are not robots and a lot of them are exhausted from the past two years just like the rest of us. Speak your peace, say what you need to say and advocate for yourself and know that they do hear you and they are trying to help.

The receptionist is very rude and rough. He is inconsiderate, lazy and like to skip her job. She doesn't know courtesy. She does not not how to speak with / behave with the patient. I don't know about the doctor but doctor should check the reviews and take necessary steps to improve the office environment.

Extremely unprofessional doctor and receptionist. The doctor hung up on me because I was asking for an interpreter for my elderly father. He was very inconsiderate and rude and told me asking for an interpreter is something unreasonable and they don't want to accommodate that. He wasn't even willing to look into the matter till I kept insisting. He made very inappropriate remarks. Both him and the secretary sound very privileged and cannot understand or accommodate patients that are different than they are. No sympathy! Don't put your health in his hands.

I was born with Epilepsy and had some of the best neurologists someone could ever ask for. I had to see Dr Roussev as an adult, along with another neurologist and neurosurgeons. He is by far the worst neurologist I've ever come across. If I could rate him even less than one star, I would.I had to fight him to get it MRI done when I was having all sorts of symptoms. Finally after months of arguing with him about it I got the MRI and had to have brain surgery 6 weeks later because they found a tumor.My family doctor just sent me back to him last year. He talked to me for all of 5 minutes and said he would order tests as I was having different types of seizures then I normally do so I needed to figure it out. They are very scary ones. Never heard from him again. I called probably about 5 or 6 times and still have never received a phone call back. His receptionist is just as bad as he is. She is so rude and abrupt.Unbelievable and unacceptable. He should not be a doctor let alone a neurologistHe is a disgrace to the medical field !!!

ONCE I SPOKE TO THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST WHO TREATED ME LIKE GARBAGE, SHE WAS RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND TOO LAZY TO DO HER JOB. NOT A PEOPLE PERSON FOR SURE. I ASKED HER TO SEND ME AN EMAIL AS I NEEDED THE DOCTORS EMAIL ADDRESS SO I COULD SEND ALL MY MEDICAL RECORDS TO HIM FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT. SHE STARTED TO GIVE TO ME HIS EMAIL ADDRESS AND I STOPPED HER EXPLAINING I WAS CURRENTLY AT ANOTHER DOCTORS APPOINTMENT AND HAD NO ACCESS TO A PEN. SHE SAID SHE WAS TOO BUSY TO DO THIS AND SAID THAT I SHOULD CALL WHEN I GOT HOME WHICH WOULD BE AFTER 6 PM, PRETTY SURE THEY WOULD BE CLOSED AND MY APPOINTMENT WAS FIRST THING THE NEXT DAT. BESIDES IS THIS NOT HER JOB TO WORK WITH THE DOCTORS CLIENTS. I ENDED UP JUST CANCELING MY APPOINTMENT KNOWING IT MAY TAKE A WHILE TO GET ANOTHER ONE WITH A DIFFERENT DOCTOR. IF THIS IS HOW SHE TREATS NEW CLIENTS ID HATE TO SEE HOW IM TREATED ONCE I MOVE ALL MY MEDICAL RECORDS OVER ………………………I RECORD ALL MY CALLS AS PROOF SO I CAN PROVIDE THIS ANYTIME IT IS NEEDED

Words cannot describe the amount of pain and strife this neurologist has caused to me and my family. Would give 0 stars if possible. He told me he can’t help me and not to see him again. All other medical professionals tell me that only a neurologist can help me. Since I’ve already been referred to him, I’ve struggled with switching neurologists and getting a second opinion.First of all, he abruptly stopped one of my medications. Another doctor was surprised and said it was not safe to stop this medication so fast. My experience was coherent to that. I experienced intense withdrawal symptoms. I had the worst week of my life after following Dr. Roussev’s instructions. Hereafter, I did research on my own on anything he prescribed. I couldn’t trust him.Horrible bedside manners, which I could get over if his work was good. He has tried convincing me that my pain is all in my head. I’ve seen several psychiatrists. They agree that my pain is not a psychological problem. I’m tired of him telling me that, rather than admitting he doesn’t know how to help me. That is okay. That is something I can work with. The worst part is when my parents came in and asked him to help and he got irritated at them. I will never forget how helpless he made my parents feel.Dr Roussev’s lack of compassion and respect has made me apprehensive in seeing other physicians. This summarizes how Dr Roussev has treated me:“Sometimes, this disapproval of how you are managing your pain crosses over to disbelief that you are in as much pain as you say you are.They don't believe that your pain is a legitimate enough reason to rest or nap or cry or take narcotic medications or not go to work or to go to the doctor.They might think that you are making too big of a deal out of it. They doubt the legitimacy of the pain itself.This kind of stigma is the source of the dreaded accusation that chronic pain is ‘all in your head.’It's as if to say that you are making a mountain out of a molehill.”- Murray J.
