Unbelievable experience. We did have a fairly large group (7) and were told the wait would be 30 mins. An hour later and they forgot about us. Proceeded to sit us at a table that was dirty. We counted 15 dirty tables (piles of dishes, dirty plates, milk, napkins). I took pictures because I couldn’t believe how bad it was and would be happy to show the pictures to management or the owners. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Do not go here!

Our server Jeff was outstanding. My sister and I came later and Jeff, without a second thought, pulled out 2 extra chairs to accommodate us joining our friends. On top of this, he was very attentive throughout the meal asking if we needed anything else. I don’t experience that too often now a days. This is the type of restaurant experience I am pleasantly surprised to receive these days but enjoy. I would come back based on this and of course the food was good.

Food was good. Service was great. Surprise of the night…We got to experience the little robot that served us our dinner. Apparently a fairly new addition to their staff. Entertaining, started to cry when someone was in his way. Lol.

I don’t know much about authenticity of Italian food however I can certainly say that East Side Mario has given me great flavours of Italian cuisine. I have been here numerous times now and will be going more often. Tried few items here and bruschetta and the complementary bread are my personal favourite. In peak COVID times as well, on a stat holiday irrespective of short staff, the owner of this place has always been approachable, kind and friendly.They got all you can eat options also they do provide free top up of the fresh free bread and butter that they provide to begin with. East side Mario in this plaza has cineplex behind it and lots and lots of things to do around. The vibe of this place is just amazing. In my recent visit, I liked contents of one of the cocktail but as I am non alcoholic, as per my request they made the drink without any booze (they did a half price for me). Overall this is one the go to places for me.Hope you have the same experience.

Our server Carlos was kind, attentive (great jokes and conversation on top of the service) and made sure our group were all satisfied, even encouraging the kid in our group to be involved. Upbeat personality and genuinely seems to enjoy his job! We will definitely be back and ask for Carlos to serve us again!

Three of us had dinner there on 07/14/23. We came an and we're seated after a bit. Once we were seated the waitress came and took our drink order and brought some bread. When she came back, we asked for cutlery. Then she came with the drinks and took our food order. After a bit she brought the salads and again we asked for cutlery. We waited another 10 mins and still not cutlery. We then asked for a third time and finally she brought cutlery by then our meals had arrived. I wouldn't be upset if it was busy but it was almost 10pm and very little people there. Very disappointed in the quality of service.

Service is mediocre, food is mediocre, my waitress accidentally spilled a little of my drink on me but it was unintentional and I let it go accidents do happen, then my main came and i swear they use the biggest plate you ever seen and put the tiniest portion inside it.. it’s all you can eat soup and salad with garlic bread because they know you won’t get full off of your main course. Overall average location a lot of students working there which isn’t a problem but just no real leadership or guidance for them just everything is very lacklustre and just mediocre..

It's difficult to find flaws at an ayce meal for $20. On Wednesdays, you can choose from 4 different pasta, 2 soups, 2 salads and garlic bread.The salad was my favorite part. Fresh Cesar and lots of cheese.The pasta is very simple and is average at best. I did not like the chicken Alfredo, it was bland. Think of the food as something you can easily whip up at home.The garlic bread needs to be toasted longer.Service was fast and very friendly. The restaurant is very clean.Highly recommend due to great price point, family friendly and generous portions.

First time visiting this location and it certainly won't be the last. I find the level of service and consistency of food to be top notch across all the East Side Mario's I've visited.As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. They deliver a stellar experience and the attention to detail is something other businesses could model. Very friendly, helpful and informative while also being genuinely appreciative of my business.Always great food with equally great value and some of the greatest people you'd ever have the good fortune to meet. Badda-boom-badda-bing!Just loved it!

This pizza was delicious! The manager of this location is fantastic and our server Kristen was amazing. Always coming up and checking up on our table and asking if they can improve. I highly rate this east sides if your looking for great food and an awesome time!
