J D's Prestige Auto-Auto Body

At first we were very happy with JD's service but a little after we now have bubbling paint from a whole fender side that was supposed to be replaced and was covered with bondo. We also had the front axel u joints replaced and less than 2 years they are now seized up. This is for a vehicle that is driven12,000 a year at max.

I had a awesome experience as usual. Been using this family-owned business for many years now and they never disappoint. The service and the help that they give to the consumer is nearly Priceless. The quality of work and how the work is achieved and constant communication is key to the reasons why I always recommend JD for the only body shop in Michigan!

I was Referred by my insurance company to JDs as their preferred provider. I'm so glad they did. Me and my whole family use them now for body work, brakes whatever! They are straight shooters and they are honest, never overcharge and do great work. I won't go anywhere else. Good honest mechanics are so hard to find.

At first i was very happy with there repairs looked nice for a month or so. then paint started flaking half-dollar spots, trim pieces were broken but reinstalled epoxyed on epoxy failed. I noticed service headlights came on when car was started.Replacement headlights were not equipped with hid self leveling system. None standard hid replacement parts.all mechanical repairs were good and still good over a year later.

I’ve had JD’s fix stuff in my car before but they are getting lazy or something because the past month i’ve has them “fix” my air, twice, and each time it works for a week then busts again.

This company has more integrity than any other i have ever dealt with.There work is the highest quality possible and they really stand behind there work.They have done work for me several times in the passed, Years ago they did some work and it rusted , they assessed it, Then went back and redid the work .I can not say enough good things about this company they really care . ( A rare find now a days )If you are looking for a good company that will do the highest quality work , That they will stand behind , Then this truly is the company for you.

They do great work with a nice group of people to talk to from the office staff to the guys in the garage (all of them!). Definitely would recommend them for anything from body work on cars to mechanical work on them. They will do great work.

This place is the real deal. Their work is impeccable, I’ve never had better body work done on a vehicle than I have at JD’s. Everyone at this place makes you feel like family and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness during not one but two very stressful accidents. They really go the extra mile for their customers in everything they do. One of the best businesses in the area, If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you to everyone at JD’s!!

They are very very nice lady's. They treated me well, and I liked that . The lady's educated me about the times, and the parts. I REALLY APPRECIATED THIS!!!!!!! They put me on the schedule and told me how it worked. It was a real NICE EXPERIENCE. I LOVE THEM!!!!!!! THEY ARE FANTASTIC. I DO APPRECIATE THEIR HARD WORK AND THEIR KINDNESS!!!!!
