Grace Wei went above and beyond in renewing my complicated auto insurance policy. Grace is a knowledgeable agent who made sure we did this right by giving me a clear list of all required information. When new questions surfaced, she was patient to resolve everything, even enquiring with ICBC and facilitating several calls with me. Lastly, she took the initiative to lower my premium by 70%. Most people would not have cared, but Grace not only cared but was persistent in helping me locate the information that qualified me for the much lower rate. She did this without me asking, and I wouldn't have known to ask. While she can't save everyone this much as my case was special, I have no doubt she would have your best interests in mind when she serves you. Great people like Grace who put clients first make this insurance brokerage my favourite.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I walked in and there was several people in front of me but that wasn't an issue. Everyone quickly was helped. While i was waiting I noticed how friendly and patient the staff were with the customers. I had come in to change my address, walked out with my address changed and a huge savings. They called ICBC to see if I had ten years safe driving which i did so they changed my account over. They were extremely nice and very helpful. I will definitely be going here in the future.

I had my car insurance with Gina in this store and she was amazing in customer service!It was near their closing time but she was still super helpful and patient with me and answered all of my questions!The place is also very nice and quiet. I do recommend it to everyone.

Very rude staff. They treat you like they are doing a favor by giving insurance. The front desk people are informed and good, they guided me to get my driving record updated. But the staff inside are hardly interested to do work and shouting “make an appointment”, “read the notice”, instead of accepting their mistake of calling me on a wrong day.

Incredible service, I live further away but I always make it a point to drive here to get my insurance done. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and will take the time to explain everything, and answer any questions I have. After my first time coming here, I always ask for Cameron, he always helps me get the best rates for my insurance and explain what all the options mean. In my opinion, you can't go wrong coming here!

Highly recommended, very professional and polite staff. They answered all of my questions and helped to pick the best insurance option for my motorcycle. Also not too busy on Thursday lunch time, open for walk-ins, while BCAA requires an appointment several days in advance.
