I made a phone call on Friday morning, by friday early afternoon, Lee was at my front door waiting to amaze me. Which he did exactly that. Business call made friendship. I couldn't be happier with my new water system and within 2 hours of install I could already feel, taste and smell the difference. The customer service from both Lee and Craig was beyond expected and I couldn't be happier to have called these guys for my water needs. 100% recommend this company

We have been with Aquatech for over 10+ years. Chris, who answers the phone every time we call, is very friendly and helpful. The owner, Lee, is very personable and remembers who we are whenever we call. (It is not an often occurrence, which makes it even more so amazing.)When we had issues with our water, Lee personally came to the house to see how best he can resolve the issue. He entrusted his best technicians, Kevin and Craig, to come over and complete the work. They stayed hours into the night, after work hours and even later, just to make sure that we had working water.Their willingness to stay and fix the problem has made us lifetime customers.

Bought a new home in September 2018 and the water had significant amounts of sulphur and iron and a terrible taste and smell.I called Aquatec and Lee was over the next day for the free in home water analysis. He was thorough and looked over my entire existing systems and addressed all the concerns. Lee did all the tests and showed me the results and suggested I install their iron and sulphur removing tanks and that this would give me crystal clear, great tasting water.I decided to go with his suggestions and he was able to get Craig, one of his techs out the very same week to do the install. After a few fine tuning tweaks over the next few days over the phone with Chris at Aquatec, the water was iron and sulphur free and great tasting with no more smell.Lee even went out of his way last week to come out on a Saturday morning as I was having an issue with my water, which turned out to be my existing water softener system and not a problem with his system. We looked over everything and got to the root of the problem. All of this was done by Lee for no fee and on his own time, just to ensure I was completely satisfied.I’d like to thank Lee, Chris and Craig for all their hard work and let them know we couldn’t be happier with our water! I would certainly recommend Aquatec to anyone interested in curing their water issues.Great job guys! Thank you!

Extraordinary service that goes above and beyond! Absolutely first rate! We've had their system for 25 years and it's still working. Any trouble and we call Lee who is generous with his time and considerable expertise and never tries to sell us anything we don't need. Our highest recommendation.

I was impressed with the quick turnaround that Lee responded when I initially called. He came out the same day to test my water and provide his recommendations. Lee and his team are very professional, fast and friendly. They were quick at responding to our inquiries and they then were more then happy to come and install the system at our convenience. We did have adjustment issues and as soon as I called Lee and told him what the issue was, he immediately sent one of his technicians. Lee mentioned that they would continue coming over until the system worked properly. They made the adjustments and we have had no issues since. Thank you.That is what I call fantastic service. Outstanding service with Aquatech. We have been with Aquatech for more than 15 years. The system works wonders and we thought since they were located in Sudbury (a few hours north of us) we hesitated to purchase however so pleased that we did. Anytime we had inquiries they assisted us over the telephone and if we needed to have a tech come out they were there. No long wait for them to drive to our home. We recently had some concerns as our unit is 15 years old and we had the pleasure of dealing with Lee who was super friendly, professional and a joy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable of our old unit and dealt with our concerns in minutes. He guided us over the telephone to locate the issue and was able to correct it quickly. (no service call needed and unlike other companies did not try to falsely convince you that you needed parts that you really didn't need.)We received a call back from Lee on his days off to inquire if the problem was fixed. Wow...this company is truly honest with the best old fashion company/customer service values.We highly recommend this company not only for their customer service but their products!

Very Professional and knowledgeable business! All questions were answered without hesitation. They kept their word on their appointment date and even showed up early! Quick and very clean install! The young tradesman did not leave a trace of presence behind, he even got on his hands and knees and wipped down the floor!! Water system is amazing and our drinking water taste amazing! At my home I have a well and was receiving pinhole leaks in my copper piping. The leaks caused extensive drywall damage. I called around and when I spoke to the staff at Aquatech I was impressed with ultra quick response time. A detailed water analysis indicated my ph was high and this was causing the leaks. Within a few days a water treatment unit that was specifically designed to fix my water problem was installed.Fast forward 12 years and I’ve never had a problem again. Any questions about my unit were promptly answered. We have had an Aquatech filter system for over 12 years. The company has serviced it annually and the operation is flawless. We have experienced excellent service throughout. We had a new well this year and installed a new filter system from Aquatech so can’t give a higher recommendation than that.
