Called in when I was on my way in from Edmonton for a job. Usually other home depots wont hold tool rentals if called in so I wasent expecting it. But when I got to this one, they had everything ready on a cart for me with a reserved sign. I usually get ignored every time I come into this Home Depot but the past couple of times Walid has helped me out with every one of the items I needed and helped me to the checkout. He wasn’t rushing me or condescending. Walid was extremely helpful which is why this review has 5 stars.

Great Customer service from Lala. She was very patient and did all she could to give us all we wanted.Lacie sure is a great Manager. Oh dear ! every one sure needs a caring and understanding manager like her! She looked after her staff I could see she genuinely cared.All her recommendations were great.I sure enjoyed shopping here!

Couldn't complete my online purchase of John Deere ride mower..called the store they said call toll free num..did that and they also couldn't complete it they said someone would get back to me...heard nothing..the next day spoke to supervisor Dan he said lots did little..next day spoke to another supervisor didnt understand his East Indian name to make note..he said he'd get back to me after looking into it...nothing happened..called the next day spoke to Dan again he said to come into store during his 11-7 shift tomorrow and he'd take good care of me.. so I did the following day at 5:00... he was paged but with someoneand would be there in a few min while I waited 25 min and had him re-paged & he told the attendant I should shop while he's on break ( less than 2 hrs before his shift ends) and would come after that. What an insult and waste of my time and fuel and hopes of finally getting my tall acreage cut. I was instructed after my complaining ...to leave Dan my shopping list to be prepped for pickup or delivery and I would be notified. Well 2 more days passed and I called to relay the details to the upper most mgr and that's Richard/Rick. Called me another day later only to make me feel like I failed him by not taking more names of insignificant employees who relayed msgs. Ridiculous and so very clear to me why everyone is so poorly trained and without care. Their team leader is a poor example of good service... Personally unmotivated and likely overpaid...and due to his careless attitude about his underpaid understaffed overworked and poorly trained team due to his own under qualified abilities.One good thing...they saved me the $5000 I was desperately trying to spend in their store and I fixed my old John Deere and cut my grass. Plus I also discovered how Lowes has a 10% price beat guarantee.

This Home Depot location is the embodiment of excellent customer service. There is always people to assist you in finding what you need and answering your questions. Special thanks to Maryam in the garden who was so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable.

Huge store but the very worse customer service at loading department.I bought the concrete mix bags and the employees at the counter assure me they will assist me to upload in my truck but unfortunately I wait till half an hour and no one come to assist me in loading.Very worst experience.They need to increase employee at the loading department because it’s a construction season.Thanks

Even though it was a very busy Friday afternoon, Sylvia in the paint department was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining differences in stains and paints for my decking project. The team was great all around!
