The UPS Store

Dropped off a small parcel. Was easy. It's a bit frustrating though that there arnt any UPS stores in rural AB. There's one is Claresholm and the next one is this store in Okotoks.

Wayne is always superb in the delivery of professional service in a most efficient manner!I appreciate the friendly atmosphere whenever I come into this store :)

This is the most un-organized UPS stores in Canada. I had excellent reviews for the UPS Store in Montreal where I moved to Alberta from in Feb.2022. I decided to stay with the company due to their previous excellent customer care over Canada Post. It seems the standard of excellence was lost at this location due to inorganization and not enough spaces to store incoming items for clients.This location has already lost 4 parcels of mine in only 2 1/2 months in the UPS store. Items get Delivered" to the UPS store and then they go missing inside the store the same day. So far

Terrible customer service from the old many that works there. He was beyond rude to me and my son. Will never go back to this location.

I went to UPS Okotoks because I try to support businesses in smaller cities and towns. The staff made me feel very unwelcome. I had two extra-large packages and I asked a couple of legitimate questions. The staff member rolled her eyes and smirked at, what I assume was another customer. The staff member was so unpleasant that I drove to FedEx in Calgary. FedEx was great, very helpful and I felt fine paying the $900 shipping fee.I guess Okotoks UPS doesn’t need my business.

Absolutely discusted at the way I was spoken to. I will NEVER EVER use this location again. Absolutely discusted!

I've been using them to send stuff a few times. I have to say the staff especially Wayne, are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure I am notified when my document is arrived and received.Highly recommended.

Always extra charges to pickup from the store even when shipped via UPS.

Very poor service! UPS app notified me of the delivery to this store in the morning and ready for pickup. Told by Robert that they “always say it’s delivered as soon as they put it on the truck when it’s not actually delivered “ and that they only deliver at 4pm ( I was there at about 1 pm). I asked if he could look around for the package but he showed absolutely no interest in doing that and said come back later( after driving 80km round trip to pick the package up). Turns out that UPS did deliver in the morning (about 0930) despite being told by Robert that they hadn’t. And the package was there all along. Went in again today and after a lot of mumbling about how crowded with parcels his store was, he found it. And he’s the store owner! Never again will I use this location!!

Worst shipping service ever!! Lied by 4 people about my package! And now my package is lost yet again! Worst company ever. I was told by 4 people 4 different days that the pakage is going to arrive 5th 6th 7th and 8th its sposto be on the 9th and now they lost it and it says 12th now
