I kept calling for an update on my package. They had no updates for me. Then over a week after it was due to arrive it was left outside of my apartment building in the snow! A 50lb box. I was alerted by a neighbour who saw my name on it. The box was in bad shape and my item badly damaged. I will never order online again if I know it will be delivered by Canpar

Just got an email saying no one was home on their attempt to deliver. I find that funny as I have a driveway camera and a doorbell camera that has motion sense so that was obviously a lie. Not to mention the fact that I was sitting in the living room at the time. I also own a dog that barks at the wind. Not impressed!

three couriers came to my door yesterday, only Canpar claimed by buzzer was not labeled. A random person on the street read the sticker canpar put on my door and rang my buzzer to let me know about it. the sticker claimed they would update the tracking number that I only got when they put the sticker on my door, to let me know where I could pickup my package, but they never did. the next day they tried" to deliver it again and again did not ring my buzzer and this sticker they left

A TOTAL FRAUD!I sent 6 boxes since February 27, 1 week has passed and they have not arrived. Other than that, it was difficult for them to do the job and they sent them to another company called Armor, which they don't even know where the boxes are since they don't give me a new tracking number.the worst of the worse.

You guys actually make FedEx look good. My package shipped out of Dartmouth 24 hrs after being picked up went to Moncton for Amherst delivery, but they don't deliver to Amherst from Moncton( miss sort). So back to Darmouth for two more days. Total 6 days to deliver a one day delivery" package."

Unbelievable. Publish a local number so contact can be swift and easy. I could have easily resolved this issue If I could've contacted the driver who came and left my property with my package. Instead, you have to call Ontario and stay on hold for eternity. Nobody ever answered the phone.

THE….WORST…EVER!!!Talked to 7 different agent about my package not being delivered and can’t even talk to a supervisor!! They put you on hold and they hang up on you !!

I wasn't home when they delivered my package and I got a slip from them that they will hold it for 5 days, LITERALLY the next day I was going to pick it up and they told me it is on the way back to the seller I paid 20 dollars for the shipping, the customer service representative that picked up the phone after a long wait just hung up on me. My question is where is this business going? They are absolutely killing it with the reviews by the way. Trying to get my money back and get over with this company, good luck everyone that is having issues as well
