Lexus of Saint John

Very bad communication. We were told 2 different stories. Even after telling them that we had already purchased a vehicle somewhere else, they asked if they can help us find a car. I would buy another Lexus, just not from this dealership.

The best staff and service I’ve ever received in this city by any dealership and we’ve purchased vehicles from 6 other Saint John dealerships over the years and not one compares. The Lexus staff go above and beyond. They are professional, knowledgeable and kind. No more headaches, arguments or constant service calls needed and the best part is the guys speak to me with respect and not like I’m not a dumb female unlike others down the street which infuriated me. The best thing I did was buy a Lexus. It’s 5 years old with zero issues. Honestly, there are some other vehicles I prefer the look of but because I love the dealership so much and how my car works and runs, I will stick with Lexus Saint John.Thank you David, Jared and Joe and everyone. There is no place better for customer service. I have never been treated better after buying a pre-owned vehicle in February. I highly recommend Lexus of Saint John.

My wife and I moved from Ontario and were looking to trade her Ford for a Lexus RX 350, we were very fussy about details but the Sales Consultant Jaime Hume was very helpful and patient! Just two days later we ended up purchasing a Black RX 350 and are very pleased with our purchase. If you are looking to buy a Lexus give Jaime a call!

We were looking for our second Toyota and had purchased our first Rav4 with Peter Kelly when he was working at Saint John Toyota. He was a fantastic salesman and so great to work with. Super easy going and no pressure, has your interests in mind. We are sad that he has left our Toyota dealership as the new salesman we purchased with (at Toyota) left much to be desired. If purchasing a car, definitely ask for Peter!

Very irresponsible, rude and unprofessional. Inexperienced technicians. So disappointed that this dealership and service center have forgotten it is about customer service. We are never going back again and suggest that others demand respect and service when they are handling over hard earned money.

this place is a bad joke, I have emailed them 3 times asking for details about a car they have listed on 3 sites and never got a straight answer from anyone, their internet manager is incompetent, their used car manager doesn't return voice mails or calls and their sales manager doesn't follow up even after having a conversation about buying the car. a simple response is all that professionalism requires. but being run around like a child is unprofessional and a terrible way to run a business. good luck with this lot, if your not financing and willing to pay full price then they have no interest in servicing you,
