We can't say enough about Pete and his team at Alberta Billiards. They went above and beyond to create a work of art in our new table. We took a model that was on display in the showroom and customized every aspect of it. Pete saw our total vision and created exactly what we had envisioned. The sample stain colors in store weren't the grey color we were looking for for our maple table, so they trialed numerous stains for us until we found the perfect one. The table was ready exactly on schedule and they were flexible with us on install date, which was done efficiently and well. Our experience was nothing but positive- and my husband is hard to please!

Pete and his guys are amazing to deal with. I messaged for a quote on getting our table at the office felted and he had all the questions you could think of :-) I didn't know all the answers but he helped walk me through it. When the guys came they were fast and officiant and very friendly. Thank you all.

Our town does not have a billiard’s supplier, so I contacted Alberta Billiards in Calgary by phone to inquire about a new cloth. Pete asked some great questions to me about the existing table which identified I needed an oversize 4x8 cloth. Without his input, I would have ordered a cloth to small. Pete was very helpful with selection and went the extra mile to ensure I had product in my hands. I really appreciated him keeping me up-to-date with shipping. He helped with guiding me through the installation as I was having to do it myself. Alberta Billiards gives GREAT service and support. I’ll definitely use them again.

They stand by their products 100%. We bought a shuffleboard from them and had problems with it from the start. They replaced the whole shuffleboard, table and all! They are very pleasant, clean and professional. I would certainly recommend them! Thank you Greg!

we have had our table for about 5 years now. Excellent table and the service was outstanding. They even assisted with some custom framework for our dart board and custom covers for the pool table and air hockey table. Recently there was a small service issue we had. Pete and his team were very responsive and got it taken care of right away. They checked the level on the table and we are back to 100%. Generally I like to support local owner managed business and I have been very satisfied and impressed with Alberta Billiards. I would not hesitate to call them if ever I need another table or any of the other product offerings they have. Excellent workmanship and outstanding service.

After going down the garden path for months with another company regarding the restoration of a nearly 100 year old table, Alberta Billiards Supply responded quickly and knowledgeably to my inquiry when I gave up on the other company. Pete asked pertinent questions when I described the table indicating that he'd seen these before. Apparently they had worked on these types of tables many times before as they are quite common. He gave me a range in price to restore over the phone.I went ahead with them and the results are fantastic. Their wood work is great as they were able to restore damaged a damaged legs and multiple rails. They even added the antique buttons that had been lost over the years.The only downside would be their timing. Expect your project to possibly take longer than promised. I attribute this to the fact there are only two guys involved and the one doing the physical work is a perfectionist. I was okay with it because no additional funds were requested and I expect this is how they keep their price very competitive.

I worked with Pete on a pool table install that had been ordered by another supplier from Ontario. When the table arrived, there were a number of freight damages. Pete's guys took pictures, and advised me of the parts that would be necessary to get the table fixed. Long story longer, the vendor in Ontario sent out the wrong sizes for replacement pieces (which took two months to arrive), and then took another two months to send the correct items, only to send without the felt. The Ontario then gave us an incorrect colour of felt to order. Thanks to Pete, he ordered the correct felt himself, and had it in town immediately, and they were able to get in and make the necessary fixes. Kudos to Pete and his team for going above and beyond to help a client who didn't even purchase the pool table from Alberta Billiards in the first place.

Recently had an older pool table moved from Cochrane to Drumheller by Alberta Billiards. As well it needed some upgrading. The cost was very reasonable and we were amazed by the expertise and professionalism of the two employees. The job was completed on time, as promised by Greg.It is refreshing to know that there are still a few businesses like Alberta Billiards who take pride in their service and work. Absolutely recommend this Company.
