Awful experience and already changing my bank account to another bank. After a month of providing every single document they asked to prove my income and to get a credit card, I get the answer that they cannot open it for me! Why the heck you ask for all those personal documents if you cannot open it at first place?! Here, I witnessed the utmost level of stupidity I could ever imagined to exist.

Crapy service and irresponsible staff. Branch manager Trudy Nagy and assitanat manager Farishta, both of whom are careless about the consequences of customer service actions. You can't really rely on this irresponsible branch service, nor can you reply on their client service call centre that put me on hold wiating on the phone for more than 2 hours to resolve an online banking login issue that is obvilously a mistake made by RBC. This bank is responsible at nothing and no one is willing to fix their own mistakes.Terrible and worst service experienced. Definetely NOT recomended.

RBC is the best Canadian bank, they really care about minorities and helping people. If anyone ever asks what bank to use I’ll be first to say RBC. All my finances are going to always be handled with RBC they are people I know I can trust

Opening an account here was a mistake. Even the most basic of tasks, such as a cash transfer, will be obstructed by paperwork and needless bureaucracy.

I went to this place for an enquire about student banking plans. So I went to one bank officer and enquire about the banking plans available for students . In that moment, he was almost done with his work and about to go for lunch. it was around 3.00 PM I guess. But he waited for me to explain all the details and he opened bank account for me. It took almost one hour to complete that whole process. I highly appreciate his dedicate to his work and the service I was given by him. Thank You very much ANDREW LOANNOU for the service that you provided for me. I wish you all the very best in your career life.Thank You

I lost my wallet and went to the one on webber they refused to give me any type of service because I don't an ID I.E the wallet loss. Then I came and spoke to an awesome individual named Mattea here and they asked me a few questions to be able to identify me and I got service. Now I will be able to purchase the identification I lost. Thank you for being awesome!!!

Service is good and they appear to do everything they can to move reduce the wait time. Sometimes the teller needs training and the trainer is not always on the ball.

Poor support. Had to wait in queue for 30 min for small query. There were lot of counters and only one advisor was available.Making customers wait for longer times doesn’t make them good bank.

Every time I have an issue or just basic questions/banking I always have a great experience. Specifically, I have been helped by Liam the last couple times and he goes above and beyond to be helpful and to make things run smoothly.
