I have been coming here for years and the staff are always helpful and friendly, I have seen customers in the past give the staff a hard time , but still they do their best to put on a good face and try to make the best of it, I would not be able to do their job.

Very impolite staff with zero customer focus.The owner allows the staff to say rude things about customers to their co-workers in Tagalog. That should not be permitted.Staff members are not encouraged to say please" or "thank you" and are frequently barking instructions at customers with no sense of courtesy.The owner is not doing anything to ensure that middle management is training or supervising the staff members properly. Head office needs to intervene."

Terrible service. Went through the car wash that snapped the mirror off of my car. No one has reached out or made any effort to make things right. Will never spend another dollar at this location again. Brutal..

Most wonderful staff , friendly , funny, helpful, they treat the community kids like gold.all the people working there should get a raise they are always working hard and cleaning the store.

Management is awful, my daughter's boyfriend had his truck damaged in the car wash because the track is poorly maintained (don't worry we have the pictures to prove it) his truck almost rammed into the wall his tire was ripped off the rim and was shredded. All management could do is give him the insurance information (who doesn't return phone calls or says that he can pay for the $2000+ bill and they will reimburse him-yeah right) He is 25 years old and just happens to have that kind of cash lying around. What a joke all he wanted was to get his truck washed. Do not use this car wash!!! Thanks a lot for no help[ #petrocanada
