I am not the one who usually writes bad reviews ,however I have to share my experience with this clinic.A little bit of background on my story. My husband and I have been together for a while and we have a child which conceived through IUI in a different clinic.The infertility problems are mostly from my partners side as for me I am a 33 year old with no known or major fertility problems.So in brief I scheduled an appointment in this clinic,everything seems fine the place is beautiful and modern the staff are nice ,not as difficult to get an appointment as other fertility clinics in Montreal.However when it came to results I got nothing ,after wasting a year and a half and unsuccessful 3 iui s ,I was made believe by Dr Chow I am not fertile enough ,that i am old and my only option is IVF .I felt somthing was wrong with the scheduling the insemination followed by my induction .After the 3rd failed attempt at fertilys,instead of giving up or going with their suggested IVF . I took an appointment at my original clinic and after 2nd trial of IUI, here I am pregnant with twins !

After 4 years of infertility we finally reached out to this clinic . Dr miron and Staff Were Amazing . We got our dream come true . Our baby girl is here with us today . Thank you So So much . Hopefully we will have success with another .

I've been a client of Dr Miron for a few months. I find that there's not enough transparency nor information about the different options of treatment available. I mentioned I did not consent to a treatment, then the nurse called me back to inform me that the doctor still wants me to follow the protocol that includes medications and echographies. To book a follow up appointment would have been nearly two months wait and it comes with a bill to pay. I’m transferring my folder to another clinic and it is incredibly better (no pressure to take medication, systematic follow ups, they provide documents and there’s a plateform dedicated to inform you about the procedures or treatments).Here’s an update on my situation: I’m having miscarriage a third time in a row after going ahead with the treatment I didn’t consent to. It shows his protocol of treating me for an ovulation problem was an absurd waste, but that's awfully cold comfort. He was asking me personal questions and was judgemental when I brought up my discomfort with his decisions. Treatment flowcharts don't take into account the financial and emotional cost to me when they blindly follow useless paths in a decision tree.

After multiple miscarriages and many years of wait. We are finally pregnant ( 35 weeks). We went here for our first IVF and we were successful. The nurses and doctors took their time to explain the medication that was needed and how to use it, we were follow during the whole process until they confirmed the implantation of the embryo. Thank you so much Dr.Miron, Dr. Ates and Dr. Xiao.

A major thank you to all the wonderful staff at Fertilys for playing a pivotal role in helping us create our little family. Every interaction with their team has been nothing short wonderful. We are on cloud 9!

The worst customer service ever, you send them an email, they will never get back to you, or if they reply to you it’s usually in few days.If you have an emergency issue and you want a quick response, forget about it.If you don’t speak French, you will definitely be treated differently.They never remind you about your appointment.Even when you are paying more than $10000 they will still make you feel down and that your IVF cycle might not succeed and probably will need egg donation.You tell them about the anxiety you’re going through, thinking they might show sympathy for you, forget about it…I am sure a lot of couples went through the same thing I am talking about

GREAT CLINIC OVERALL, GREAT PEOPLE, VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!We have chosen this clinic because the FB reviews were much better than the other clinics in Montreal. We were not disappointed as the professionalism of all employees was above expectations. We definitely highly recommend this clinic! Thank You

Money running business 0 respect for woman and the hole process. No wonder they make you pay every penny ahead of anything. The only passion they have is $$$ Miron is a money hungry doctor with 0 respect to woman he was good 20 Years ago such greed deserves absolutely nothing.

What a joke! Get to 21st century Fertilys, you loose the trust of your patients. You lost ours!My partner did a spermogram and the Tunnel DNA fragmentation test.The results are hand written (really hard to understand) and were faxed to the GPA.Fax ?! Really Fertilys? And then the doctor had to scan the six pages you Faxed to upload the pdf results.And the fifth page is ilisible/useless! You have to resend! This time send a dove with the papers attached it’s better than fax. And have the employees to get calligraphy courses if you don’t use computers.So disappointing Fertilys!
