I phoned and booked a drop off for my love seat I wanted to donate. I had my love seat cleaned and I hired movers to drop it off. I answered all the questions they asked me at the Restore regarding it. It’s in excellent condition, no rips, etc. I am only donating it as I need a larger pull out couch and have no room to keep this. The movers went to drop it off at the Restore and they rejected it as it had some flower’s on it. I looked at the stock at the Restore and the couches they have there are in terrible condition compared to mine. Now I have to pay double to the movers to return it to me. This is totally unprofessional and unexceptable customer service. Shame on them!

Very disappointing experience. The gentlement accepting our donations at the back door had a personality and character of a log. No welcome, no ongoing conversation as he picked through the items, seemed miserable and a no 'Thank you for your donations!. Perhaps it is time for this volunteer to retire. As great of a cause it is

Great Thrift store run by this community non-profit. Staff is usually helpful and welcoming. Prices can be high for some items but great value on others. You really have to watch. Furniture tends to be the best deal and good items go quickly. They often have a selection of brand new items at discounted prices as well.

I like these stores but prices borders on ridiculous..many of these used items are priced well beyond full retail of original purchased price..saying this you can find bargains.
