Also known as Advanced Appliances. I made an appointment to fix my gas range and the tech didn't end up showing up. When I called the centre asking where he was, he claimed the tech's car broke down but he didn't know until I had called. Ok fine. I rebooked. Not only do they not show up the second time, when I call to find out where they are, they put me on hold for 15 mins. I call back and they don't answer. Very professional. Not. Spent too many hours waiting to be stood up.

Customer service is dismal - after they get your money. Tech (Ryan) did NOT quote the price before beginning the work, despite telling his supervisor (?) Tom, that he did. Tom did a complete 180 once the bill had been paid and I had questions. He was snarky, rude, and condescending - even suggested the tech come back and undo the work he had done. What??!! $230 to get a bearing greased on my dryer. Should have just watched a few YouTube videos and done it myself. On top of it all, there is no warranty on labour". Nice. What does that even mean?"

Fixed my fridge for a fraction of what it would have costed for a new one. The owner who I dealt with was super friendly, as was the technician, seemed like a pretty good deal too. Highly recommended for appliance repair!
