It took almost 4 months for me to receive my glasses. At the end of October I was told it would take 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive. In the third week I dropped by and was told that one of the lenses arrived scratched and I'd have to wait another 2 weeks for it to come in. It actually took about 4 weeks. When they arrived I was called and advised that my glasses were ready. After trying them on the lady went to adjust the nose pad and broke it. So I was advised it would again take another 2 weeks to get this repaired. When they arrived two weeks later I didn't like the progresses lenses on them so asked that they be changed (so the third delay was on me). So yes, again, it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. I held onto the glasses and was told to bring them back to put the new lenses in.No one called me when the lenses were in, so I called and was told to bring my glasses back in. I did and when they went to the back to put them in, I was told that the machine they needed to round the bottom of the lenses was not working and they would have to send everything to another store!! I was beyond frustrated and told the lady I wanted them back within the week as it's been months since I purchased the lenses.I finally picked them up within the week. I've been wearing glasses since I was a teenager and never had this type of delay getting any of the pairs I've ordered.I will never purchases glasses from this company, nor would I ever recommend them.

I took my 83 year old father here for an appointment because his eye doctor believed he needed cataract surgery. It wasn't until appointment #2 that we were informed there was a 9 month waiting list for the surgery and we could either wait or be referred somewhere else and start the process all over again.While I understand the pandemic has created a bottleneck for taxpayer funded healthcare services, I feel there is a lack of understanding or regard for how precious my fathers time is. I also had to take time off work, drive to another city to pick him up to bring him there, pay for gas, etc.I feel that you should be informing people how long the wait list is ahead of time so that they can make a decision that suits them best. There is no reason why we should be having double appointments other than you being able to charge OHIP for it.

Very happy with the service, everyone there was very helpful and welcoming. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and very detailed. It was very smooth process, just remember to call in before you go so they can find the best time for you to come.

Wow ! The girl on the phone is completely RUDE. HUFFED and puffer right in my face ! First she said they have availability then because I’m a “new client” I can no longer go in that time slot because I have to fill out a form and takes longer. How does me filling out a form by going earlier affect the appointment time in any way ? Lol Doctor, whoever your receptionist is, get a new one cause you just lost a new client who’s a teacher with great insurance coverage ! No wonder you had a 3 star rating ! No thanks.

I have been going to vogue optical and seeing Dr. George Hanna for about 6 years. He is amazing with myself and my kids. I recently moved out of mississauga, but I still make the drive to see Dr. Hanna.

I am really happy with my purchase at Vogue Optical. The different variety of frames is amazing and the customer service was excellent. Paola and Naveed were so helpful. You just gained a customer for life!

I am a new customer to Vogue Optical. Dr Hanna is really great.. he took all the time to listen to all my queries and answer them patiently . The people give warm welcome. Certainly great place if going for first time

I've been going to see Dr. Debono at this location for many years. He is simply outstanding. I've purchased several pairs of eyglasses and sunglasses from Vogue over the years, and had eyeglasses repaired through them as well. They're a pleasure to deal with.

I had a unique problem with one of the optometrists that occupy the same space as this optical store and the manager Niti helped me resolve it. The optometrist in question which I will cover in a separate review ordered a very expensive custom contact lens through this store but unfortunately got the prescription wrong.Suffice it to say Niti went above and beyond, helping me to recover a refund for the said lens. The unpleasant experience that was caused by the doctor was mitigated by Niti and Vogue even though they only followed instructions and had nothing to do with the incorrect parameters of the lens.Niti corrected what could have been a disastrous experience into a pleasant one. It is this kind of customer service that would have me go back for my optical needs.
