This is going to be a mixed review because the food was in varying quality. I ordered the beef bibimbap on the hot plate bowl. The presentation and quality was really good. In addition, the seafood pancake was also ordered but this one seemed to be a bit bland and was not that appetizing by itself. But I don’t like wasting food so I ate it to show respect to the food and one who made it. Now I would like to add an experience I had with them: it was my friends their mother and I that visited the place for a dine in. They had ordered the beef momos steamed( really good) , fried chicken wings ( was not cooked properly) Bibimbap Chicken and beef (good) and Jajangmyeon ( not so good) . While ordering the host was respectful and took the order in a professional manner. Food was served. We ate and wanted to pay for it. I was good with my order but my friends weren’t as they were served food that seemed subpar. The whole amount nearly 150 dollars was paid by my friend and he also added a tip. The host came back after a minute or two and confronted him and asked him ‘why only give him a one dollar tip? It’s insulting. Either tip nice or don’t tip at all’ . We were in a jolly mood so just commented that the food they received was not cooked and felt subpar. Let it be known that they had visited earlier on multiple occasions and this was not the case. I am not sure what the host was going through that day but I don’t think it be right to judge someone and talk back harsh regarding tipping.

The side dishes were all really yummy and the Galbitang that I got also tasted nice. However, every piece of beef was very tough - so tough that you can’t even bite it. The main point of the soup is the beef and the rest is egg, radish, green onions and glass noodles. I’ve had Galbitang before, elsewhere, and the beef has never been like that, so that was disappointing. I’d try other dishes over this one. The taste was great but there’s no point in ordering it if you can’t eat the beef.Service was decent.

Spicy beef with squid is a bomb! The flavors just melt in your mouth. Its super buttery and a little spicy, hits just right. The beef and squid aren’t overcooked so it was juicy. The Tteokbokki Ramyeun is to die for! The rice cake was so flavorful and i don’t get this kind of quality in other restaurants, the sauce on the Treokbokki is well balanced and the fish cake on in it seals the whole deal. We did Samgyupsal pork bbq as well on the table and the meat was super soft, its obvious this restaurant uses HIGH QUALITY PORK. WOW! It all pairs with Soju! I’m blown away with the food flavors here.Customer Service- quick, we were seated right away even if it was busy they immediately found a table for us. 10/10Price- average same as other Korean Restaurants but it is WORTH IT. Trust me.Parking-park at 675 Manning Avenue (it a PAY PARKING BY GREEN P PARKING)Overall the drinking vibes, the flavors, the qualityI’ve enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended.

I was craving fried chicken but I ordered the wings because it wasn’t too much quantity and just the right price compared to their other sauced up chicken dish.But when I received the order, it didn’t look like the picture in the menu nor did it taste like I was expecting. It didn’t have the breading like I had anticipated nor did it taste as good as other places, H-Mart does it better. Safe to say, I was very disappointed.But the cold noodle soup and seafood pancake was surprisingly really good. The only thing I would consider getting is the cold noodle soup if I ever come back. Which I’ll try to avoid.So please, do not ever get their chicken wings if you’re craving fried chicken, other places are more worth visiting for that.

This was an absolutely delightful experience. The food was extremely tasty (we had the Bibimbap but the menu is quite extensive). The portions were excellent for the price. The service was great - very friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to people I know and will most definitely be visiting again.

My friend and I are both vegetarian and really enjoyed the vegetarian options they had here. I got the tofu soup and he got the cold noodle option. The side dishes were very nice and the mains were very filling and this place had a nice vibe inside.

There are many Korean restos , first time coming to Kprea house. I like it bring more roomy then some of the other ones in this area, service was very good, waitress always come to check if we are ok with everything. Prices are very reasonable. We will definitely come back again.

Korea House is located conveniently in Korea Town of Christie, Toronto. I walked by this place many times but didn't dine there until recently.Once you walked in, it has a nice cool unique ambience that feels like home. It's casual dining. Staff is friendly and provided good service.Just like many Korean restaurants, they offer complimentary side dishes, they are super delish.I ordered the spicy beef tofu stew. This is where the problem was. I could smell the beef not fresh, super frozen, you know those meats where you want to defroze? The defroze smell and I could taste the frozen beef. Usually, the spicy sauce or broth should cover the smell, but I could still taste the smell and taste of the frozen beef.If you wonder, yes, I expect meat to be frozen if not fresh, which is fine, but I just don't know how long these beef has been stayed frozen to the point that after they defroze it, I can still smell and taste it. I usually don't like to waste food, I left most of the beef and just drink up the broth and the tofu.If you ask me why I didn't complain while I was dining there, it's a small mama papa shop, is it to the point that I can't eat the whole thing? I can eat the broth, tofu, side dishes and rice and call it a day as I don't want to ask them to cook another one coz the end goal will be the same if they keep using the same frozen beef even if I ask for another one. There is no point.I just either will order something else next time or never come back here.Otherwise, this place is a cool place to dine with interesting decor.

My wife and I had dinner here again at this restaurant a week ago, I can say we are never disappointed with this place. Prices are comparable with other Korean restaurants nearby, but they are very generous with their portions whether it be their main entrees or appetizers. Their servers are courteous and kind and they always thank us for coming when we are leaving the place. Word of advice, bring cash when you go there, they give you a 10% discount for cash payment.

I recommend getting the kbbq option with vegetables and glass noodles. It was the perfect amount of meat, rice, side dishes, lettuce, and sauce for two people. The staff are all very attentive!
