Dano's Dumpsters

I purchased the dumpster on Saturday and it was in my driveway in less than 48 hours. The owner is quick to respond to questions and pricing was half of what other companies in the area charge. We ordered the 20 yard dumpster and it was perfect for our needs. Will definitely be using them again for our next home renovation.

Business adds undisclosed fees after pick up. We used their service and after pick up received a bill with charges for being over the weight limits and an overloaded trip fee. After discussing this with Dan he stated his fees are on his website. After further inspection, the overweight fees are listed on the website but there is no mention about an overloaded trip fee. We requested a copy of the weigh ticket for our records to verify we were over their allotted 3ton allowance, and we were told that we are the only customers to have ever requested the weigh ticket but they would send it to us. When I asked where we could find the overloaded trip fee disclosure, I was told they do not list all of their fees on their website, but they are in the paper contract. We ordered the dumpster online and were never given a paper contract with any of the additional fees disclosed. If you choose to use this business, make sure to get a copy of their contract and ask about all fees upfront so you don't end up with a surprise bill with additional charges.

I called them up on Saturday for pick up because we were having an open house the next day.they called someone in to do it. Thanks so much.rday too inform them I was done and even thought nobody was working they called someone in to pick up the dumpster rather than it sitting there until Monday. We had a open house scheduled the next day.

Dano’s dumpsters were a life saver as I realized my project grew to big. They quickly accommodated my request and fulfilled my order within an hour. For the service they provide it is well worth the cost. If needed they will be my go to guys.

I was put in charge of getting quotes for dumpsters for a small roof job for my mom. When I called, Dano’s was so helpful, and answered all of my questions and more and were very polite and actually saved me money by estimating how much waste I’d have. I called for a 20 yard and after asking me some questions suggested only a 15 yard which was easier to maneuver for our job and cheaper. That’s awesome customer service. I never needed to call anyone else. It was a no brainer to use them. I called at 9:20am and the dumpster was already delivered by 10:30. Excellent service. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Called Dano's Dumpster after being referred to them from multiple dumpster rental places. The call was answered right away and within 2 minutes of me hanging up the phone the dumpster was in my driveway before i could even finish completing my online order (Paid with card). So not only great costumer service and pricing but super fast delivery. Will definitely be using them from here on out. I highly recommend Dano's Dumpster!!

I rented a dumpster from Dano’s. I showed them an area where I wanted it and went back into the house. After it was picked up my neighbor called the sheriffs office on me because either during the drop off or pick up the driver put several ruts in his yard. I called Dano’s and spoke with Dan. He pretty much told me it was my fault because of where I asked the dumpster to be put and they would not be fixing the issue, so the cost to fix is on me.UPDATE:You can tell based on his response to my review, that he is not willing to accept responsibility for his own peoples actions. Just be careful if you use them. And don't expect any accountability from them.

I love this company! I have a tree service company,and we use Dano’s on our busy times, for hauling lumber. Dan has fast response time, and can back his trailers into anywhere.
