Great place, very clean and new. I just recently joined (trying out the two weeks membership) so far i love it. The place has large windows and new machines. I Wish they had extended hours weekdays and weekends.

Beautiful brand new studio! I was really excited to try out this studio but was disappointed with the loud atmosphere. Students were talking in the yoga room before and after the class, and some people arrived late as well. I found this really disrespectful. The yoga room should be quiet so people can meditate and be calm. Directly after the class finished, people were talking loudly so anyone who would have liked to lay calmly in sivassana could not. I think the studio should start a silent policy for the yoga rooms and put up signs telling people not to talk in the yoga room.Trés jolie studio! Par contre, les gens parlaient avant et après le cours et j’ai trouvé que ça manquait la respect pour ceux qui voulaient rester calme at mediter. Le studio devrait mettre un politique de silence quand on est dans la sale de yoga.

Lovely brand-new yoga studio with welcoming staff. Beautiful state-of-the-art facilities. Having practiced at Aura for 3 months, I enjoyed the warmth of its staff and instructors. I do however caution that being at it’s early stages, I found scheduling available for more enduring practices such as power yoga were limited in number, especially once the Fall schedule was released. In fact, as it stands right now, there are only 2 power classes per week. I made as many compromises as possible by trying out the ashtanga class amongst others only to ultimately feel I wasn’t getting a fair share for my buck. Furthermore, I wasn’t enjoying a specific instructor’s style of leading a class. From the 8 classes a week I’d consider, that instructor was leading 4 of them. The flow wasn’t there due to interruptions, distractions and inconsistent level of difficulty. The class also wasn’t balanced and would often emphasize on a same body area for the whole hour. Please take note that this in no way is intended to disparage someone’s character, it simply is my experience.

Today was my first FREE class at NAMASTE outside fitness and yoga at the AGORA on the Plateau.It is so amazing to see that many people. It totally should get more crowded than this! Only if I could teach a yoga class during those events it would totally get overpacked :) I would love it, I miss it very much.The Tabatha was so much fun.Je vous encourage fortement à vous déplacer. Marcher pour vous y rendre si vous êtes sur le Plateau. Où stationnement 1 et 2 sont gratuits! N'allez pas au sous-terrain qui lui est payant.

Clean gym with all the equipment I need and nice natural lighting. Would be great if they could close later, even just one more hour.

Studio moderne, chaleureux, épuré. Ambiance relaxante, comme un cocon. La vue est super et que dire de la luminosité. Le gym est bien, les cours sont de qualité exceptionnelle aux deux endroits. Si seulement ce n’était pas si cher. Bon succès! Beau projet! Belle initiative santé! Bravo!
