A couple years ago, we decided the time was right to buy a trailer and David R was excellent in walking us through the details on owning one. He answered all our concerns and we purchased our first trailer. We enjoyed the travel adventures with it and have since traded it in for a motorhome. The staff at Bucars have been excellent in being prompt with any concerns and ensured that all issues were handled. Kim and the entire service department are excellent to always contact us when things were done ! Yvette was a gem in Customer service and always happy with a smile. Parts dept was very informative and quick to step up for any issues we had. Paul was also helpful and made sure we were always satisfied with everything.The staff handles our winterizing process quickly and efficiently. We are thankful that Bucars is always about customer service and satisfaction and any questions we may have. Amazing Team!I have been using Bucars for buying my parts for years, JC is very knowledgeable and helped me out with my older trailer repairs. It was only fitting that we bought our new trailer there. Wyatt Boucher was our salesman and he was very helpful when picking our trailer. We knew what we wanted and not only did he find it, but it was in stock as well. Every part of the transaction was flawless, even when adding some parts last minute.Thanks for helping us make some more Camping Memories!

We spent quite a few months looking for that perfect camper for two now that we are retired. We had a camper and tents in the past and dealt with various dealerships in Calgary & Airdrie including Kijiji. The service was always less than mediocre and we often felt disrespected as two women buying a camper. It always felt that we were treated as though we don’t know anything about campers or the camping life. My partner was even called Sir when she clearly is a woman. We landed at Bucars a few weeks ago and met Lisa! We also met the finance department; the front desk receptionist including the parts department. Lisa is truly one in a million. She is friendly; a fun personality; respectful; funny; kind hearted ; definitely honest and knew exactly what we needed after only knowing us for literally 15 minutes. The establishment is super clean! This is including their bathrooms. I make mention of this because boy oh boy many and most businesses lack of acceptable bathrooms. Bucars gets a 10 out of 10!Needless to say, we left buying our dream camper and are super excited to start our New adventure!Thanks Lisa, and Bucars for everything! We are grateful to have met you.

If I could I would give them 0. We bought a trailer in 2018 and it has been nothing but a lemon and anytime we approach the dealers they brush us off and don't deal with the issues. All talk and no quality.

This place has to have the worst customer service around. I was looking for something in the parts area, going up and down the isles multiple times. Not one person asked if I needed a hand, they just stood there chatting amongst themselves. They saw me. Then I went over to the show room. Might like something new, don’t want the toy hauler anymore. I walked around looking for 20min. Again, no one approached me, I was the only one there. Went next door instead

We had an inverter fail early on a 4-1/2 month trip. We started calling around for an RV service place to replace the inverter. Every place that we called (over 20) said they were so busy that they could schedule an appointment in 2 to 4 months, which would have been disasterous for our trip. Bucars RV Centre was the only one to accommodate us and fit us into their schedule. They were so nice when we got there. They let us hook up and spend two nights while the repair was being done. They even lent us a car to drive during the day so we wouldn't have to wait around at their facility. Their expert tech, Dan, did a great job with the difficult installation. Special thanks to the staff including Peter, Kim, Braden and Michele, who were all so accommodating! Thank you Bucars!

We traded in our beautiful coach on the perfect upgrade for our family. Bucars had exactly the floorplan and floor space we had been searching for for a long time. Doug was a great salesperson, but upon arrival our true appreciation, gratitude and praise goes to our hospitality guide, Craig. Craig encouraged us to stay with bucars the night and boy were we glad we did! 3 nights later Craig made us feel comfortable, reassured, peace of mind and looked after all our issues and requests. We felt like family. Our coach was taken care of. Not once did we feel abandoned or on our own. Craig kept in touch, met with us often, answered questions, addressed issues and made us feel comfortable and at peace with our purchase. We highly recommend staying with Bucars and take every advice especially from Craig. At first it was overwhelming but Craig was always a phone call or text away even when we returned home 12 hrs later. Accommodation to our family was phenomenal, the staff were caring and invested, attending to all our needs. We had several issues but none went overlooked or unaddressed. Highly recommend staying the night at Bucars, great staff, great service. Craig was by far exceptional and went out of his way even after hours to care for us. We love our motorhome and look forward to visiting with bucars again. Thankyou to Craig and all the staff for the kindness and courtesy to our family.

We had an amazing experience start to finish at Bucars. Dean and Zack were such a pleasure to deal with and so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like I had known them for years. When we picked up our new trailer, Darcy walked us through it and he was excited to show us everything and so nice as well. Everyone is passionate about camping there and it shows. From sales to finance to service, everyone is amazing!
