The team at Burley cleaning were amazing. Not only were they extremely accommodating but they were extremely thoughtful and caring during the cleaning process, as I also went into labour the week we moved. Linda was amazing and went above and beyond in her customer service care. I will forever use them for moves but also for a monthly standard clean of the home. I could not be happier with the customer service here. HIGHLY Recommended!!!

We booked a move out clean with Burley, but since my company only paid for a certain amount, we worked with them to plan the best way to use the limited funds. The cleaners were professional, friendly, and made good use of the time. I was impressed with how much they accomplished in such a short time, and I look forward to using their services again.

Called Ashley Wednesday to do a cleanup at our new Langford office after the drywallers made a huge mess. She arrived on time, presented a fair estimate, and had a crew there the next day. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend Burley Cleaning!

I am so happy with the cleaning job that Melissa and Javier from Burley Cleaning did in my apartment when I moved out. They were very thorough and everything looked as good as new when they were done. It took as long as was estimated to me and was a very fair price. I would definitely used this company in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

Burley Cleaning did a great job of our apartment move out clean. I really appreciated their flexibility when I called the morning of our original appointment to ask to reschedule two days later because we weren’t going to be able to remove all our stuff in time for them to clean. They were very accommodating. Finally, the team that showed up (Javier, Gerardo and Frankie) did a fantastic job with great attention to detail.

I had Burley men cleaners do a move out clean for me. The clean was great but the cleaners left all my lights on and the patio door wide open and I now have mice. The cleaners even admitted they left the patio open. It is common sense when you leave a patio open for an entire night and a day you will get mice. When I called them to rectify the situation Burley men did nothing and said it was a pre-existing issue which it was not. I had many emails back and forth with them and they still will not rectify the issue. Very bad customer service and now I am left with the bill for an exterminator. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

this company has been great for my husband and me. We get 1 hour 1 x a month, 2 people arrive at our home on a date and time that works for us. The parts they do for us are floors, carpets, surfaces, bathrooms and kitchen. We can maintain things between visits and feel very happy to stay in our home with some help now and then.

I recently sought out Burley Cleaning for some ongoing post-construction cleaning of a very interesting space here in Victoria. Burley Cleaning consistently went above and beyond our expectations. They took every step to ensure their service was available when needed, even on short notice. Burley Cleaning's crew worked around our tenant schedule and provided fast, quality cleaning, providing excellent communication along the way. We would not hesitate to use Burley Cleaning services on future post-construction cleaning and have even since had members of our office reach out for personal move-out cleaning services.

I booked Berely Cleaning for a move out clean in Victoria. I had lived in an 134 year old home (with lots of quirks) and I really did love the place, but I needed to move my family back to the mainland. I had a lot going on and had feared I would not have the time to give the place the cleaning it properly deserved prior to the new tenants moving in. Additionally--my landlord had a much needed surgery booked the morning after my move out date and I did not want to leave her with any additional stressors. I spent awhile looking for a company I could trust would do the job right, and after reading many reviews and checking the BBB I settled on Berely. They quoted me for 4 hours, and had the job done in about 3.5. They did everything. Especally all the things that aren't ever done such as all the blinds, under the fridge/stove, all of the lights/vents, inbetween every wooden pillar in the house. My landlord was VERY happy with the job they had done, and that's really all I could have hoped for. If I end up back in Victoria I'll be hiring them again.

I have called about 10 places to look for a good cleaning services and decided to booked with Burley Cleaning. They were professional and politely explaining to me well about their services, rate and hours, didn’t rush me to book an appointment right away. The cleaners did a great job and I’m happy with it. Their rate is quiet good, at $90/hour, 2 cleaners and they bring all the supplies. I would highly recommend Burley Cleaning
