Authentic Orthodontics Seton
Had our first visit with Authentic Orthodontics and I left a very happy parent. Dr. French was so friendly and funny. The assistants made my daughter feel so comfortable! She will have no problem going to all her future appointments. They helped us pick the right path for our daughters Ortho journey. I can’t wait to see the end results. Looking forward to getting this started!!!

They have been fantastic through the 3.5 years my daughter had her braces. She even received a gift from them when her braces came off! They have been able to accommodate the last minute appointments we have needed and have been very attentive to our needs. Great team in the office and a great orthodontic team as well!

Our experience with Authentic Orthodontics, so far, has been short but pleasant. You can sign in for your appointment with the computer at the door (although I question their use of a biometric fingerprint scanner), or at the main counter.The Seton location can be a little difficult to find: look for and turn in at the BMO and TD Banks, it's just behind the BMO bank.The Okotoks location is just East of the Costco.

Immediately the environment feels warm and inviting, it’s cozy and the staff were very friendly. My experience with Katie (treatment co-ordinator)and Dr. French (orthodontist) was wonderful. They were both professional, good communicators, worked well as a team and made sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered. I am really happy and looking forward to the future as they help me correct some dental issues.

My daughter was nervous about her appointment and left feeling beyond excited to go back. The office was comfortable, beautiful and had amazing technology. They were professional, very gentle and knowledgeable. The warmth of this office was incredible, we are impressed and excited.

I was very very impressed with the staff. We were running late and they made it all work. Once we were inside getting our assessment, we were not rushed or hurried.The assistant and the doctor took their time and even asked my son about things he liked and how was his summer going so far. It was nice to see that level of care. They made sure he understood the procedure and what he could expect. PI feel very comfortable taking my son here to get Braces.Thanks for making this a great experience! I highly recommend Authentic Orthodontics Seton!

We have 3 kids that were treated by Dr. French, and his staff. Two of them required extensive work. The results were outstanding. We can't say enough good things about this experience. The quality of care given was always above and beyond what we expected. Their priority was always the patients best interest and always took their time to do things right. We highly recommend Authentic Orthodontics to anyone needing braces for their kids, or any other Ortho related work. Today marks the official removal of braces for our son and can’t think of a better team to manage this scary, but necessary process than with the folks at Authentic! Thank you for doing such an amazing job! We had one super happy and smiley boy today!
