We were misled by one of their salesmen, Mario Aube, about the quality of hardwood floor we were getting. When it arrived the carpenter pointed out that there was a much higher percentage than usual of missing tongues. We contacted Carpet Ranch and the manager told us to go ahead and install it and that we would circle back around to the issue afterward. The carpenter installed about 75% of the floor when we noticed there were obvious gaps in places and a kind of a parabolic effect happening in some areas. We stopped the installation and contacted Carpet Ranch again who avoided the issue all together by sending a salesman named Eddy to check our floor. Eddy of course defended his floor which is what we expected. Carpet Ranch is denying any responsibility for this mess and has refused to work with us. I would be very careful that you know all the facts if you are going to deal with this dishonest companyFollow up:This site does not allow me to reply to your reply so as a follow up I am including a screen shot of my email in response to you asking what we would like you to do. Nowhere do I ask for 100% reimbursement or for our floors to be stripped. That is a lie sir and a number of other statements you make are also bone faced lies. This only reinforces to us the unethical business approach. You have failed to take any responsibility for the disaster that has happened with our flooring and until you do my review stands. I had the opportunity to visit the store last Saturday, Line and I were met by Cathy, she was pleasant and knowledgeable, she help us with in finding what we need, great selections in the store. We came back this morning after informing Cathy that we were buying furniture Monday. The service was great and our furniture and accessories were delivered promptly to our house. Went to this store and was blown away! I really did not expect such a wide selection. Actually went in for flooring and found a whole lot more. Plus store had a great vibe with furniture and décor that I see on a lot of the TV shows. Staff was very helpful. Would recommend!

I’ve always been impressed with the selection and knowledge of the staff often relying on them for issues which would arise in my own store from time to time.
