We first had Erica and her team from Blackstone cabinetry into do custom built-ins in our newly renovated main floor. Absolutely impressed with the professionalism and quality of her and her staff. If there was an issue they responded to it immediately coming to our home to make sure everything was right and that we were happy. We recently had them in again in the summer of 2021 to do a complete kitchen renovation and once again we were absolutely thrilled with the quality of work and the professionalism.We would highly, highly recommend Blackstone cabinetry and Erica. As part of our remodel/addition we worked with Blackstone to design our dream kitchen. After removing a wall from our galley kitchen to make it more open concept we wanted to make sure the new kitchen design didn’t compromise storage space. Working with Erica she had lots of great ideas to maximize this in our small Kitchen. She also listened to our ideas/suggestions and incorporated them into the final design while still keeping us on budget. We would highly recommend anyone looking to do custom cabinetry to consider Blackstone for their project as we were very pleased with the process from beginning to end and love our new kitchen. :)

We love our new Blackstone kitchen, and appreciate the great job they did in helping us create our dream kitchen. Even though when we started, our addition wasn’t built yet, Blackstone was able to confidently discuss designs and make recommendations on what would work best in our space. Blackstone understood how we wanted to use our kitchen space and we love every aspect of our new kitchen. Erica, our designer was fantastic to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and detailed oriented. Erica made the hundreds of decisions that come with a new kitchen seem much less overwhelming and I would recommend her to anyone thinking about starting a new project.

We just had our kitchen remodelled by Blackstone Cabinetry. Want to say that I absolutely love my new kitchen. I couldn’t have picked anyone better. From start to finish the renovation was flawless. They are very professional, clean, and the quality of the cabinets are outstanding. We also had all 4 of our bathroom vanities done by them as well. I got exactly what I wanted and now have my dream kitchen. They took the vision in my head and brought it to life. I’m beyond happy…

We worked with Blackstone Cabinetry to design and install our new kitchen. We worked with Erica during the design process and she was fabulous. She was very responsive in her communications and overall very knowledgable and enjoyable to work with. She was also able to meet with us on Saturdays to accommodate our M-F work schedule. We were happy with the range of design selections Blackstone was able to provide and we are extremely happy with the finished product! Install was on-time as promised. We worked with Erica in a total kitchen redesign and have nothing but great things to say about Blackstone Cabinetry. The quality and exceptional service from inception to installation was second to none. Our handles were on backorder so not all were available during the installation however, Erica continually kept us updated and when they arrived two days before Christmas had them personally delivered to our house. They were always available to answer questions and provided some good old fashion customer service. Will definitely use Blackstone Cabinetry for any future projects!!

We are doing a reno at a rental property and usually use Ikea becuase of the price point, but our contractor encouraged us to have Shannon quote and we were wonderfully surprised at Shannon's prices. We get a much better kitchen for nominally more! The design was stunning and the team was also really easy to work with and really detailed - which is what you want! We just finished our last selection and can't wait to see the installed kitchen!June 2022 update. The project is done and the place is BEAUTIFUL, but also so thoughtfully designed that it's practical and the all wood drawers really show the quality of the work. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Erica at Blackstone! She was always available to answer any question, responded very quickly, was happy to make the requested changes and was such a pleasure to work with! Their installer Tyler did an amazing job and we have had many comments from people on the attention to detail and the pride he obviously takes in his work. The high quality of the cabinets made our selection easy and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result.
