I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The instructors are fantastic with my kids. They are excelling having fun, and excited for the next class. My oldest son graduated into the adult class and loves going back for more.I even slide in for the odd class just so I can keep up with my kids snd understand what they go through on the mats. The friendship and comradery among these guys gets the best out of them and creates the desire to BE better. Thanks Resilience!!!

This place is fantastic. I have 2 kids in their kids program and have for the past year. Coach Brittany is such an amazing person and Coach Stephen is so passionate and kind with the students it's no wonder they absolutely love going.5 Stars, A+++ and just keep being awesome.

I have trained here off and on for more than 7 years. I love the instruction and the instructors. Coach Steve is amazing in the way that he explains and breaks things down for others. There is no ego and nothing that creates anything but excitement for the sport!I encourage everyone to give it a try. It's now my passion, my addiction and my hobby all in one!Keep it up!

I found these boys to train with about September/October of last year and I’ve never looked back! Team was warm and welcoming! Classes were always well thought out and engaging! The coaches are amazing in skill and knowledge. The list goes one. The gym has changed my life and fitness for the better. I recommend to everyone to come try a class!
