The guy at the front, Ricki or whatever his name is doesn’t know how to do his job. I went in to get my tires repaired due to a nail stuck in the tire. Instead of asking me where the tire was, this dude had his mechanic lift my car, remove my tire just to point out to me where the nail was and that it was unfixable and needs a replacement. I said no, I don’t need one as I just got the tire recently. He puts the tire back on and charges me an inspection fee all for nothing. Wasted 45 mins of my workday and $12 inspection fee for absolutely nothing. Terrible service.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would ! This midas location is outstanding with the customer service and workmanship they provide. All of the staff exceeded my expectations especially Joe. Joe is the first person who assisted me and let me tell you he’s the most amazing person ever ! As someone who isn’t an expert with cars I can tell you it’s so nice to finally find an auto shop that won't try and rip me off. THANK YOU for getting me back on the road safely Friday :)

Took an out of province vehicle here for a safety inspection. This Midas demanded $1100 for repairs to the breaking system for a certification to be completed. They took off all the tires to “show me where a leak was happening” which I’m fairly sure isn’t part of the inspection process. The brakes performed well and had been serviced less than 1000km ago, so I was skeptical.I took the car to the dealer as well as a local independent mechanic for a second opinion and both said the vehicle had no issues and said the brakes were fine. Long story short, this shop tried to scam me for additional unneeded work as they knew I needed a safety certificate.

First and last time I will come here.I had an appointment for 8am. Guy argued with me for 25 mins that the coupon I presented which stated price, expiry date as well as his exact location was not valid...ridiculous. Then I asked for a specific type of oil and he scoffed at me saying it was the wrong type. I said no it wasn't, my trusted mechanic who usually does my oil changes advised me to use it. Then he actually said Don't listen to your mechanic

Terrific service and quality of work. Joe is an excellent employee very professional yet polite and truly wants what’s best for your vehicle. Service for tire and oil change was quick if you get in just at open! I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Do not be fooled by, thier free check up.!Once you are there, they will strongly recommend to change filters (engine and A/C), break pads, break rotary.I went to change oil only ended up with 1200$ bill !!!

I had a very positive experience here. Ricky explained, and showed, each step, including replacement of filter, and the tire bulb, as well as cleaning of the brakes. I am very pleased at the level of professionalism and honesty.

The service here is very good. Ash is nice and very helpful. He did a good work with putting on my exhaust. He’s also respectful and constantly asked me if im ok with everything he’s going to do before he started. That’s why I’m very satisfied with his service!

Terrible experience at this location. The people working here are either incompetent or know exactly what they are doing and looking to cut costs. It gives me the impression they try to deceive people who appear to not know much about cars.They took my mother in laws car in for an oil change and all she needed was that. While she was there they told her she needed her brake pads and sensors changed… WHAT!? We had brakes and sensors changed 8 months before and this car is driven sparingly. They did not need changing….straight theft of $540.On another instance, she brought the car in for an oil change… $200 and a week later she was on a very LOW OIL TANK. She then brought the car back and told them that the gauge showed it being near empty. After waiting 2 hours, they said they topped it up. She left and two weeks later, I checked it and it was HALF WAY. She had to go back again and I guess third times a charm because finally the gauge showed full.Avoid this location at all costs. They are not to be trusted.EDIT: I sent in all details to the link provided and there was no response.

I have been to this Midas location for a few years now. The service quality is touch and go. Sometimes, I get good service and sometimes not. Recently I had an engine throttle issue and I was not fully satisfied with the service. Joe was good in communication but the person I dealt with before Joe the previous day was not very good in communication. I was left in limbo about the status of the part. And the next day I had to pick up my own part only to learn that he also ordered a part. I hope the service improves. thanks
