Katherine was beyond great to work with. We renovated our kitchen top to bottom last year and it turned out beautiful thanks to Reno Shop! :) I would definitely recommend working with them! We purchased a Thor range from Renoshop in Mississauga. The range is awesome.But less than one year in, the oven stopped working. Following Thor's directions, I entered a service request to have it fixed. It then displayed a message that said someone would contact us within 48 hours. No one contacted us, so I contacted Renoshop. No response. Tried a couple more times and someone acknowledged my e-mail saying someone would get back to me. No one did. Three weeks later I receive a message from Thor's warranty agent indicating they charge $60 for the inspection and potentially more if a repair is required. I opened the oven up myself and found the failed parts. I asked them to send me the parts and I would fix it myself. Twice.I would strongly recommend NOT purchasing Thor appliances from Renoshop in Mississauga if you are going to rely on the 2 year warranty for any repairs. If you go into it knowing it is a fake warranty, and can fix your own appliances, then it's fine.

The Team at Renoshop were an absolute pleasure to work with.Catherine was exceptionally professional with the way she addressed our needs and I highly recommend Dealing with Her when you are in the market to purchase Cabinets and appliances for your kitchen makeover.Her team of installation technicians are also very professional and efficient.At the end of the job we were super happy and excited with the whole experience.From communication and correspondence with Catherine to the end result.I would say we have a beautiful kitchen and Renoshops prices will not be beat by anyone.We actually received quotes from numerous cabinet companies and they are the Best price and quality.Definitely a 5 out of 5 STAR.Thanks Again Catherine.

I had my kitchen renovated by Reno shop, and I am thrilled how beautiful my kitchen looks now! On my first visit, Joyce came to measure my kitchen and gave great feedback and ideas. Then Julia understood my vision and designed my open concept kitchen with innovative ideas and a great layout. Finally, when it was time to install my cabinets, Harry, one of their kitchen installer and his team came and installed the kitchen in just two days. Their workmanship exceeded my expectations and they made sure all the areas were functional and looked fabulous . The quality of their cabinets are great and the price is amazing. I highly recommend this shop and will use them again.
