Brigade Overland

Great company to deal with, I've made a couple of purchases with them recently and it has been spot on each time. I made a call to Spencer over a little query and he went above what I was expecting to sort it out. I will definitely be buying from Brigade in the future.

I came across Brigade Overland while looking for a Canadian retailer that sold 8” Billie Bars to run on the bed of my Tacoma so that my tonneau cover would still fully function. Spencer promptly answered my questions and was able to quickly import a set for me even though he didn’t have any in stock. I highly recommend Brigade Overland and plan on using them for future purchases!

Brigade works hard to support their customers. They will consolidate orders to make the shipment less expensive. They stand behind the products they sell. I had an annex room that was shipped with the wrong measurements and Spencer made all of the arrangements for a replacement direct from the factory and took care of all of the paperwork and duties for shipping this way. He was very helpful in getting replacement taller brackets when I changed my mind about the height I needed on my rooftop tent. Brigade has been working with me for over a year as I have been piecing together my camp vehicle amid the delays in shipping and production associated with the pandemic. I would recommend Brigade to the Overlanding community.

I ordered a set of 6 low profile BillieBars through Brigade Overland for my 2023 Tacoma. Spencer provided me with his advice and opinion prior to me putting my order through. He kept me up to date on when I could expect the bars to arrive as they are a USA made product from Pennsylvania. They arrived yesterday and since I am local

Fantastic to work with! We had so many questions at times we felt a little overwhelming but Spencer answered all of them, and our questions were answered in a timely manner. Product questions, delivery, installation, all handled in less than 24 hours and in great detail. We were also offered products that would add to the enjoyment of our roof rack. The prices are also comparable and often meet or beat competitors plus they're local, with a shop in the greater Vancouver area makes it easier than some other dealers to purchase from. They also had products to view on site that made our purchase easier.

Excellent experience with Spencer. Ordered two Darche chairs from them and had an issue with one. Spencer took care of the return right away and a replacement was sent very quickly. Extremely pleased with the service and will definitely purchase again

Awesome time working with the guys here, very easy to find what was the right fit for our vehicle (RTT) and they helped us out over a weekend even though they weren't open at the time. Had a fun time putting it together right in the parking lot with the guys coming to help out with their experience. We've been recommending it to everyone on the island who is looking for a place to get great gear with fantastic service. In our second camping season with the Hi-View 1400 and it has been fantastic!
