Love this place! The staff always make me feel so welcome and comfortable, and they have a real passion for what they do. I leave Glow feeling luxurious and super relaxed

One of the best facials I've every gotten and I have had quite a few. I had a lovely Dermalogica customized facial from Jenny:- Wonderful facial that was completely customized - she mixed and matched an exfoliant to help with my blemish prone skin and oatmeal to calm my skin- Gentle extractions with a wonderful pressure point facial massage- Amazing one on one skin advice - I felt like the whole time, she was completely focused on my facial and skincare needsA wonderful gem of a spa and definitely one of my top 3 facials I've ever received!

Just had a lovely, relaxing and much needed massage here. Eleanor was wonderful. Very nice atmosphere, kindness from allstaff, an enjoyable visit.

I have been going to Glow spa for massages for years, they are the best! I typically go when I have issues (sore neck, shoulders, hips etc), and I am always impressed at the depth of knowledge that each of the masseuses have. I do have my favourites, but really, all of them are amazing!!

Walked in off street to see if they had any free time for a facial mani and pedi for my gf.. They said they didnt have time for facial only mani pedi at a later time.. That was understandable as it was off the street. Then they call us back 5 mins later saying they can now do all 3 at an earlier time.. We accept and she goes for appointment.. She gets there and they booked her for a massage aswell yet we never once asked or mentioned massage. They give her rude attitude and say they dont have time until after our initial appointment? The manager or whoever was incharge had bad attitude and snarky remarks sayinh they dont usually accommodate walk ins..... Messing up our appointment after scheduling and rescheduling then giving us attitude and not having any sense of customer service is just bad business. I was respectful and polite the whole time and her attitude to my girlfriend and I was not warranted.. My girlfriend frequents spas on a regular basis and this was by far the worst. As a business owner, even a rude customer should NOT be treated with disrespect for THIER mistake..Will not return

I had a wonderful experience at Glow, my skin is absolutely loving me after an express facial here! I had problem skin (you name it, I've got an issue) so I was apprehensive about how my skin would react. Rita took the time to analyze my skin and determined right away what and where my issues were. I didn't even need to tell her! My skin was treated gently and properly, and I had no irritation afterwards (which is very rare for me!) I felt very cared for through my visit and Glow will be my go-to from now on!

This is a wonderful spa, professional, kind and caring. The services are well worth the visit. Thank you all the wonderful staff that made my birthday relaxing and memorable. I will certainly be back :)Update: I was back today! Even better service from wonderful ladies. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE Glow Spa!!!From the second you walk in, they greet you in a calm, soothing voice to set the tone for your spa experience. You know from that point on, that this is the place to receive a quiet, relaxing, and most enjoyable treatment. Every massage and facial I've had there has been excellent. I've tried other spas, but they don't compare or even come close to Glow Spa.What I love most is the full attention and care they give to each client. When I was going through cancer treatment, my body was going through some serious changes. They took the time to understand what was happening to me and they altered their treatments to best suit my needs. Now that's customer service!I've recommended Glow Spa to all of my friends and family and they love it too!BTW, you should become a member of Club Glow. It's absolutely worth it!Hats off to Jennie and Marci and their stellar staff!

I love Glow Spa, I have been a client there for more than 10 years. They carry products I love - Eminence and Dermalogica - and the choice of facials are excellent. More importantly the staff are wonderful, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I go there for skin care - facials and body treatments - and massage.
