I had Mainline replace my water heater and install a bathtub and surround. The quality of the work was excellent and everything works as it should. There was a minor miscommunication with the plumber. When I spoke to Valerie, she was very responsive and sent her husband Brian over to take care of it. I really appreciate the customer service I received from Valerie and Brian.

Super happy right from the beginning! The lady on the phone was super knowledgeable and very friendly. My hot water tank quit, and they managed to free up some time to come install hot water on demand system for me within a couple days. The installers were punctual and friendly, did a great job installing the unit, went the extra mile to route the exhaust through a difficult location to the back of the house for aesthetic reasons and they cleaned up all their mess. I was very pleased and reccomend.

Called their business at 10am because my furnace pilot would not stay lit. They put me on an emergency list and were out by 3pm!. No mess , great service, reasonable price!Would gladly recommend them.

Furnace stopped working at -40. Even though they were fully booked with prior bookings they made the time to fit us in. We also live out of town,which required further effort on their part! Once here a ten minute fix and they were on their way leaving helpful hints with us for future cold temp issues. Fantastic to deal with , highly recommend
