I left this place in tears. I went to get my finger sized and to view wedding bands to pair with my engagement ring. The man made me feel awful about my unique engagement ring. I went to their business for ideas, if he couldn't do the job he should’ve politely said so. Instead, I left feeling awful. Do better, this is supposed to be a fun exciting time but instead it was such a horrible experience. I will never return. Not sure if he was upset because the engagement ring wasn’t purchased from his business or what.Helpful tip, make people feel special and compliment any ring that comes into your door and don’t make negative comments or talk about how you would've personally made it differently. Also, didn’t appreciate him just tossing my ring down on the counter as if it was nothing.
